There isn’t any switch and header 4 layout doesn’t display shopping cart icon.
You can display it for header 4 by using the attached custom child theme of Gillion theme that contains some custom code.

OK i understood it now and you can achieve it using following solutions.
That blog slider visual composer element doesn’t support video so you have to either develop custom code or use slider revolution instead of blog slider as described in the following page.
Ohh that tiny border seems browser specific as described in the following pages.
I have just used WP-Mail sending method in your contact form settings as shown in the attached screenshot and it is working fine now.

I visited your shared site and it seems you are using Jetpack plugin on your site so could you please try temporary deactivating its Photon module on your site as shown in the attached screenshot?
This jetpack photon module is not updating the images stored on wp.com so to resolve the issue either disable this module or update the images on wp.com by contacting jetpack support team.
You have to align your images to the left to display them side by side as described in the following pages.

It is not displayed by Image Gallery content element so to display it, you have to develop custom code in the child theme of Jevelin theme.

This path wp-content/themes/jevelin-child-7/jevelin-child/inc/headers is wrong path it should be either wp-content/themes/jevelin-child/inc/headers or wp-content/themes/jevelin-child-7/inc/headers depending on your child theme directory name.

I could have resolved this issue earlier if i could access your site but i can’t as you have hosted it locally.
