I have configured and used instagram widget in your site sidebar which is displaying fine now as shown in the attached screenshot.
Could you please confirm whether it is displaying fine for you also?

I want to hide the section that is marked in red in the attachment. It’s on every post page.

I don’t see any section highlighted in your shared screenshot so could you please tell me exactly which section you are talking about?
My header images are pixelated, what is the recommended size?,
There isn’t any restriction on the width but the maximum allowed height is 250px.

Thank you for your patience here.
The developer troubleshooted the issue on your site but couldn’t find the solution and says that it could be hosting related as theme structure gets changed in a way it causes multiple issues like these one.
If you have another host then you can test it on the site hosted there.
We will continue to troubleshoot the issue but not sure whether and when it will be resolved as it is very specific and rare issue so if you want, to you can create a new refund request in Themeforest (https://themeforest.net/refund_requests/new) and we will confirm it.

As told above you can install it from Admin Area -> Appearance -> Install Plugins
For blog slider there is “Exclude Latest Posts” option that you can use as displayed in the attached screenshot.
I have created feature request to developer offset option in the Blog Posts Basic element in the future version of theme.
You can try changing it from your site Reading Settings as shown in the attached screenshot.

It is updated in the below latest version of theme so please install latest theme version and then delete & reinstall WPBakery Page Builder plugin.
