Also can you please check the JavaScript console for errors when you face this issue?
In Chrome go to “Tools -> Developer Tools” and in Firefox you can go to “Tools -> Web Developer -> Console”
Find information about how to open JavaScript browser console :

Hi @boaconstrictora,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
You have to develop custom code to achieve this.
Developing custom code for custom functionality is beyond the scope of support that we provide here. Please see https://themeforest.net/item/jevelin-multipurpose-premium-responsive-wordpress-theme/14728833/support
If you are not a developer then you can consider hiring a developer to develop it for you. You can hire a developer from any freelance site. Shufflehound recommends the developer https://www.upwork.com/freelancers/~011652ffec8865c6d5

Hi @laszlo_oe,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your questions.
Can you please advise if there is any way and if so, which classes to use to apply the theme form element styling to forms created with either Gravity Form plugin or Contact Form 7 plugin?
You have to develop custom CSS code to apply styling on them and then use that CSS code by adding it in the Custom CSS code option of your theme on the below path.
Admin Area -> Appearance -> Theme Settings -> Custom Code -> CSS Code
Form created with the Contact Form 7 plugin is rendering pretty close, but it is missing the little check mark that indicates if the form field is required or not.
By default the contact form 7 only displays required text as shown in your shared screenshot but we can also display check mark by developing custom CSS code.
Could you please share me the page URL from your site where it is displaying so that i can help you to achieve it?
Best regards,
Shufflehound team
Hi Mike,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
The theme is not released yet on themeforest so the changelog is not added but when we will do it then you will find it on https://themeforest.net/item/jevelin-multipurpose-premium-responsive-wordpress-theme/14728833#item-description__changelog and also in the theme changelog.txt file which you will get in theme directory.
Currently you can get latest version from below and thank you for your suggestion which we will do consider.

The tool will allow you to add styling to any element on the site.
You can get more information about it on its following page.

Awesome great to see you got the answer.
Please advise if you have more questions by creating separate topic for it.
Have a fantastic day!
Actually that single portfolio page doesn’t have sidebar which you can also see on the demo site here https://jevelin.shufflehound.com/project/wind-at-white-castle/
To display the sidebar there you have to develop PHP code in the child theme of Jevelin theme.
Developing custom code for custom functionality is beyond the scope of support that we provide here. Please see https://themeforest.net/item/jevelin-multipurpose-premium-responsive-wordpress-theme/14728833/support

I logged in to your site and saw javascript errors are occurring on your site as shown in the attached screenshot which may be causing the issue so please contact your web host to resolve it.
I can’t troubleshoot the issue using shared user credentials which seems not admin credentials because i can’t access plugins and themes pages in the admin area.
Hi @ZionCODE,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
To achieve this you have to develop custom code as described in the following pages.
https://kellenmace.com/remove-custom-post-type-slug-from-permalinks/
https://wordpress.stackexchange.com/questions/203951/remove-slug-from-custom-post-type-post-urls

I had tried it but nothing is happened.
I can see you are still using header 7 on your site so please change it so that i can troubleshoot it.
Also please suggest how i can change the background image of Header.
You can change it as described in the following topic.
https://support.shufflehound.com/forums/topic/big-image-where-to-change-it/#post-13980
You can update by either deleting existing theme and then install latest theme version of it downloading from below or use the following plugin to update the theme.
https://wordpress.org/plugins/easy-theme-and-plugin-upgrades/
After activating the above plugin just install the below downloaded theme on your site.

Also as said i couldn’t reproduce the issue on my test site so please anybody help us to troubleshoot it if you don’t mind if i log in to your site and do some troubleshooting? then could you please share me your site log in details privately by adding them in the box having text “Click here to share private content. Only you and forum moderators will bee able see it.”?
One more thing. From previus theme, I’m running VC 5.0.1 and your theme requires newer. When i click on update nothing happens .. no error and also not updated VC.
Just delete the current version and then reintsall it.
Sorry to hear that but as said above If it doesn’t solve the issue for you then would you mind if i log in to your site and do some troubleshooting? If this is ok then could you please share me your site log in details privately by adding them in the box having text “Click here to share private content. Only you and forum moderators will bee able see it.”?
Yes that feature is available in the following latest version of theme which we will update on themeforest soon.
