Hi @delowar,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
It is by default displayed in the descending order of date but if you want to display it in the ascending order of date then you can try achieving this by using the attached small plugin specially developed for you that contains some custom code.
Best regards,
Shufflehound team
I could confirm the issue on my test site therefore notified the theme developer about this so that it will be fixed.
The issue will be fixed ASAP.
Solution for this topic
You are checking it in the wrong place.
You can get it from Demo content Install in Tools menu as shown in the attached screenshot.
You are most welcome here 🙂
Then please make sure you are setting correct SMTP settings.
Also would you mind if i log in to your site and do some troubleshooting? If this is ok then could you please share me your site log in details privately by adding them in the box having text “Click here to share private content. Only you and forum moderators will bee able see it.”?
Awesome great to see you got that figured out.
Please advise if you have more questions.
Have a fantastic day!
You are most welcome here 🙂
You are most welcome here 🙂
It is PHP changes made in the child theme and not CSS code changes.
Have you made any custom changes in your child theme?
If not then just delete it and install the child theme shared in the above reply.
Could you please test it using WP mail method instead of SMTP in the contact form settings as shown in the attached screenshot?
Solution for this topic
If you have not purchased this plugin and using the plugin bundled with the theme then you are not direct customer of that plugin so can not activate that plugin until you purchase it.
Please see more information about this on the following pages.
https://www.themepunch.com/faq/purchase-code-registration-faqs/#1447194367831-7941a825-85b2
https://www.themepunch.com/faq/update-to-5-0-via-ftp/
We update the plugin bundled with every new theme version and don’t need to activate it on their site to use it.

Hi @Coraline,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
That is a Hello page https://jevelin.shufflehound.com/hello/ which is a part of Basic (full) demo content as shown in the attached screenshot.
Best regards,
Shufflehound team
The customisations made in the pages or posts using Unyson or the rev slider or the changes made in the theme settings are saved in the database so you won’t lose it after updating the theme.
This is because updating the theme or plugin only changes the theme or plugin files and not the data saved in the database.
You will only lose the changes made in the theme or plugin files after updating it.

Hi @wkolari,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your questions.
You can resolve menu icon issue by adding the following CSS code in the Custom CSS code option of your theme on the below path.
Admin Area -> Appearance -> Theme Settings -> Custom Code -> CSS Code
.sh-nav-mobile li.menu-item-has-icon > a.menu-item-open-fix { padding-left: 22px; line-height: 1; }
Site logo image is not displaying fine on your site on mobile device because you are using larger image height 260px than the recommended 250px as shown in the attached screenshots.
Best regards,
Shufflehound team
Sure we will let you know.
Hi @offpeak,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
Could you please tell me a bit more in detail which unstable animation elements you are talking about?
You will find what is changes in the theme in the theme page here https://themeforest.net/item/jevelin-multipurpose-premium-responsive-wordpress-theme/14728833#item-description__changelog and also in the theme changelog.txt file.
Best regards,
Shufflehound team
Sorry to hear of the problem you are having.
To resolve the issue try deleting and reinstalling the jevelin theme.
If you can’t then could you please share me your site log in details and FTP or cPanel details privately by adding them in the box having text “Click here to share private content. Only you and forum moderators will bee able see it.”?
Hi @kriss938,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
You can remove the sidebar on blog page by adding the following CSS code in the Custom CSS code option of your theme on the below path.
Admin Area -> Appearance -> Theme Settings -> Custom Code -> CSS Code
.blog #sidebar { display: none; } .blog #content { width: 100%; }
Best regards,
Shufflehound team
@mtortorello This is old topic and to help us keep support thread separates could you please create new thread for each of your other questions instead of asking them in your single thread as it makes the thread messy and hard to read.
If you want to you can also add reference of this thread in your newly created thread.
We would be more than happy to help you on your new thread.
