    Hi @odetooden,

    I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.

    The creative demo is created using Home4 page which is a part of Basic demo content as shown in the attached screenshot so you have to install basic demo content.

    Please note installing demo content is not revertible and it deletes all the existing content on your site so please it is advised to take backup of your site before importing demo content.

    Best regards,
    Shufflehound team

    Thank you for your feedback. We will consider this to be implemented in the future version of theme.

    Is the issue resolved for you after deactivating plugins? If yes then have you figured out the plugin that is causing it?

    You are most welcome here 🙂

    Also you are using older version of theme on your site so please update it to the latest theme version.

    Hi @NorthumbrianTin,

    Sorry to hear of the problem you are having.

    Could you please share me the page URL from your site where it is not displaying correctly so that i can troubleshoot it?

    Best regards,

    Hi Iwona,

    I hope you are well today and thank you for your questions.

    I found online that it should be easy way:   like Settings  >  Page builder >  upload

    But there is no Page builder in Settings   (dashboard).

    Is there is an easy way to upload new icon set –  zip file?

    You will find page builder settings as shown in the attached screenshot but there isn’t any option to upload new icon set file.

    To use new icon set file you have to develop custom code.

    Just another question,  if uploading icon set won’t be possible: How can I write a text instead of the icon in a social media block?

    Could you please share me the page URL from your site where the social media blocks are displaying ans also tell me the text you want to display instead of icons so that i can help you to achieve it?

    Best regards,
    Shufflehound team

    Solution for this topic

    thank you very much for your response. I installed the new theme. I downloaded it from Envato Market, but that should be the same file, right?

    Right.

    There is no update available for Unyson for me. I am currently using version 2.7.6. Is that the latest?

    Yes it is latest version.

    The problem still occurs that there is no spacing between the icon and the text for the Home item of the menu list.

    Please try fixing it using the below custom CSS code.

    .sh-nav-mobile li.menu-item-has-icon.menu-item-home > a.menu-item-open-fix {
        padding-left: 22px;
        line-height: 1;
        }

    You are most welcome here 🙂

    @websetzerei Thanks for helping out here in this forum by posting solution.

    Your help here is really appreciated.

    @websetzerei It is working fine on my test site so this is not theme theme issue but your site specific issue.

    To help us keep support thread separates could you please create your own thread for your question instead of replying on others thread as it makes the thread messy and hard to read.

    If you want to you can also add reference of this thread in your newly created thread.

    We would be more than happy to help you on your new thread.

    Could you please remove that installed custom plugin and try using the attached modified custom plugin?

    Please also share me the screenshot of the page or share us the page URL from our demo site here https://jevelin.shufflehound.com/shop/ where you want to change image sizes.

    I could confirm the issue and notified the developer again to resolve it.

    Yes it is working fine on my test site so it seems something wrong with your site.

    Please remove all custom CSS code that you are using on your site.

    This can be child theme issue on your site so to confirm it just temporary use the Sparkling theme instead of child theme on your site. If everything works fine then it’s your child theme issue.

    Also this can be due to plugin conflict on your site so please try temporary deactivating all plugins except Unyson plugin and see whether everything works fine and then enable the plugins one by one to see which plugin is conflicting if any.

    Solution for this topic

    Hi Ryan,

    I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.

    You have to add the function gillion_post_meta from the following path in to your child theme functions.php file.

    /gillion/inc/helpers_blog.php

    Then add your custom code inside the <div class=”post-meta-content”> tag in the added function.

    Best regards,
    Shufflehound team

    I can see some javascript errors are generated on your site as shown in the attached screenshot which seems causing this issue.

    This can be due to plugin conflict on your site so please try temporary deactivating all plugins except Unyson plugin and see whether everything works fine and then enable the plugins one by one to see which plugin is conflicting if any.

    Could you please try using below CSS code instead of above?

    .post-content-share:not(.post-content-share-side):not(.post-content-share-mobile) {
        width: 55px !important;
    }

    .post-item-single-container > div:first-child {
        position: absolute !important;
    }

    .post-item-single-container > div[style*="position: static"] {
        display: none !important;
    }

    You are most welcome here 🙂

    Your shared site is displaying an error and is not displaying as shown in the attached screenshot.

    Please advise.
