This can be due to plugin conflict on your site so please try temporarily deactivating all plugins except Unyson, Redux framework and WpBakery page builder plugins and see whether everything works fine and then enable the plugins one by one to see which plugin is conflicting if any.

You can change your website font, color from the theme styling settings, and change the logo from the theme header settings as shown in the attached screenshots.

I could confirm the issue on your website but it works fine on my website using the Blog Posts Basic element of WPBakery page builder that displays random posts.
Could you please delete the Gillion theme on your website and install the below latest version?

Please first take a backup of your website as described below before updating the theme and then update the theme on your website.

The plugins are already installed and activated as shown in your last screenshot therefore they don’t display on the path Admin Area -> Appearance -> Install Plugins
