If the issue still exists then would you mind if I log in to your site and do quick troubleshooting? If this is ok then could you please temporarily create an admin user account and share me the account login details privately by adding them in the box having text “Enter your private content here (only you and forum moderators will be able to see it)”?

    Solution for this topic

    Hi @ZionCODE,

Sorry to hear about the problem you are having.

Please make sure you are using the latest version of PHP on your server by referring to the information provided in the following pages.

    https://www.wikihow.com/Check-PHP-Version
    http://php.net/supported-versions.php

This can be due to plugin conflict on your site so please try temporarily deactivating all plugins except Unyson, Redux framework, and WpBakery page builder plugins and see whether everything works fine and then enable the plugins one by one to see which plugin is conflicting if any.

    Best regards,
    Shufflehound team

It displays fine for me as shown in the attached screenshot.

Could you please test it using a different browser or device?

On each page of my live website I can see this error message at the bottom: <b>Warning</b>: count(): Parameter must be an array or an object that implements Countable in <b>/homepages/41/d704115501/htdocs/app704117342/wp-content/themes/jevelin/inc/helpers.php</b> on line <b>496</b>

It seems you are using an older version 4.1.0 of the theme on your website so please update it to the below latest version as described hereĀ https://support.shufflehound.com/updating-theme/

The portfolio content I have published now displays a 404 when I try to view the page live. I haven’t changed the url. Example: http://luxushomes.co.uk/project/hawkley-house

Please try resaving your website permalink settings.

    Best regards,
    Shufflehound team

    Hi @YellowfinLogisticsLLC,

I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.

This can be due to the custom CSS code used on your website generated using the Yellow Pencil editor so could you please try temporarily deactivating the Yellow Pencil editor plugin?
