Yes, I accepted all the cookies but still, I am getting the same error.
I am getting redirected to this page https://campplecider.com/wp-admin/admin-post.php and then the error displays as shown in the attached screenshots.

It seems the browser compatibility issue.
You can resolve it by adding the following CSS code in the Custom CSS code option of your theme on the below path.
Admin Area -> Appearance -> Theme Settings -> Custom Code -> CSS Code

I visited your website and saw a javascript error occurred in the browser console on clicking on the submenu which seems causing the issue.
This can be a child theme issue used on your site so to confirm it just temporarily use the Jevelin theme on your site. If everything works fine then it’s your site child theme issue.
Also, this can be due to plugin conflict on your site so please try temporarily deactivating all plugins except Unyson plugin and WpBakery page builder plugins and see whether everything works fine and then enable the plugins one by one to see which plugin is conflicting if any.

Your shared website is not accessible for me and I am getting a Forbidden error after clicking on the button “Tengo más de 18 años” so please make sure that your website is accessible so that I can troubleshoot the issue.
Also, please make sure that you are using the latest version of the theme below and enabled its one page navigation in the theme General settings as shown in the attached screenshots.

Could you please check it now whether the website works fine on mobile?
@hbrowne Do you have a staging or development website where I can troubleshoot it without affecting your production website?
I have tested it on my test site and it’s working fine for me using the latest version of the Jevelin theme so it seems website or web server specific issue that I need to troubleshoot.

I have tested it on my test site and it’s working fine for me using the latest version of the Jevelin theme as displayed in the attached screenshots.
Some users are reporting an issue importing the demo content but this is not a known issue so we are troubleshooting it to resolve the issue.
This can be server related issue and some proxy or security system may be restricting importing the demo content.
I will certainly resolve the issue but to do that I need to troubleshoot it and need your cooperation.
Are you using any proxy or have any security system on your web server?
Would you mind if I log in to your site and do quick troubleshooting? If this is ok then could you please temporarily create an admin user account and share me the account login details privately by adding them in the box having text “Enter your private content here (only you and forum moderators will be able to see it)”?

I can see in from your shared screenshot that you have set Blog menu item as Mega menu item but you have not configured it and added any sub menu item to it so please do that as shown in the attached screenshot.
