Hi @ramajedd,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
Have you configured the menu to display in the header?
Which header template have you selected in the theme header settings?
Could you please share your site URL where it’s happening so that I can troubleshoot it?
Best regards,
Shufflehound team
Thank you for sharing the site credentials but it is not working and I am getting an error that the password is incorrect.
Please make sure that the shared credentials are correct and working fine.
You can display it on mobile by adding the following CSS code in the Custom CSS code option of your theme on the below path.
Admin Area -> Appearance -> Theme Settings -> Custom Code -> CSS Code
#page-container .vc_video-bg.vc_hidden-xs { display: block !important; }
If you add the content in the blog post content area then the content automatically displays on the single blog post page so there is no need for this option.
Please advise.
To help us keep support thread separates could you please create a new thread for each of your other questions instead of asking them in your single thread as it makes the thread messy and hard to read.
If you want to you can also add a reference to this thread in your newly created thread.
We would be more than happy to help you with your new thread.
Solution for this topic
You can resolve it by adding the following CSS code in the Custom CSS code option of your theme on the below path.
Admin Area -> Appearance -> Theme Settings -> Custom Code -> CSS Code
#page-container .sh-nav > li.menu-item > a, #page-container .sh-header .sh-nav > .current_page_item > a, #page-container .sh-header .sh-nav > .current-menu-ancestor > a, #page-container .sh-header .sh-nav > .current-menu-item > a, #page-container .sh-header-left-side .sh-nav > .current_page_item > a { color: #FFF !important; }
Would you mind if I log in to your site and do quick troubleshooting? If this is ok then could you please temporarily create an admin user account and share me the account login details privately by adding them in the box having text “Enter your private content here (only you and forum moderators will be able to see it)”?
It always displays only after scrolling a bit to bottom as there is no use of displaying it If the user is at the top of the screen because the functionality of it is to scroll to the top of the page.
You are always welcome here 🙂
Hi Donald,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
I could confirm the issue on your shared website.
This can be due to plugin conflict on your site so please try temporarily deactivating all plugins except Unyson plugin and WpBakery page builder plugins and see whether everything works fine and then enable the plugins one by one to see which plugin is conflicting if any.

Hi @sk_skg,
Thank you for your question.
Before importing the demo content, you need to install and activate the theme required plugins from Admin Area -> Appearance -> Install Plugins
You get the warning messages as shown in your first attached screenshot when you don’t activate the WooCommerce plugin when importing the demo content.
This is not a major issue as your demo content gets imported successfully.
If still, the demo content is not working on your website then could you please share your site URL where it’s happening so that I can troubleshoot it?
Best regards,
Shufflehound team

Hi @limshjosie,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
You can remove it by adding the following CSS code in the Custom CSS code option of your theme on the below path.
Admin Area -> Appearance -> Theme Settings -> Custom Code -> CSS Code
.home #wrapper > .sh-page-layout-full .page-default-content { padding-top: 0; }
Best regards,
Shufflehound team
Please make sure that you have enabled the One Page Navigation in your theme settings as shown in the attached screenshots.
Solution for this topic
That space is displayed by the padding added to the section that you can remove from the section as described in the below topic.

How have you created those buttons?
Also, you can try changing their width by using the Yellow Pencil editor as described in the below page.

I can see you are using an older version of the theme on your shared website so please update it to the below latest version as described here https://support.shufflehound.com/updating-theme/

The custom CSS code is generated automatically when you make changes in the styling of the website using the Yellow Pencil editor.
You can remove the generated CSS code as described on the below pages.

Before removing the CSS code you can check how your website will display by temporarily deactivating the Yellow Pencil Editor plugin.
