I saw your shared video and it seems you are trying to edit the page using elementor but the page is created using WPBakery page builder.
You can create a page using any page builder but can only edit it using the same page builder which is universal for all themes and not specific to the Jevelin theme.
Please advise if you have more questions.
You can request a refund from ThemeForest where you have purchased the theme.
I am not sure which icons you are referring to so could you please share the page URL from the below demo website where it is displaying?
Solution for this topic
Thanks, that kind of worked. They still don’t look 100% leveled though.
Then try increasing the 310px value in the shared CSS code.
Were you able to take a look at why the button colour CSS code isn’t working?
It seems the code is not working due to the CSS specificity issue so please try changing the CSS code as below.
#page-container .vc_btn3.vc_btn3-color-juicy-pink, #page-container .vc_btn3.vc_btn3-color-juicy-pink.vc_btn3-style-flat { color: #fff; background-color: #000000; }
I could confirm the issue on my test site, therefore, I notified the theme developer about this so that it will be fixed.
The issue will be fixed ASAP.
In the meanwhile, you can disable the Topbar by adding the following CSS code in the Custom CSS code option of your theme on the below path.
Admin Area -> Appearance -> Theme Settings -> Custom Code -> CSS Code
#page-container .sh-header-top { display: none; }
I read in some thread to someone lost its site when uploading the latest version. Is it common ?
No, it is not common but for safety, you can just take a backup of your website before upgrading as If anything goes wrong then you can recover it.
Solution for this topic
You can delete it by adding the following CSS code in the Custom CSS code option of your theme on the below path.
Admin Area -> Appearance -> Theme Settings -> Custom Code -> CSS Code
#page-container .sh-timeline-box-tale { display: none; }
Solution for this topic
You can resolve it by adding the following CSS code in the Custom CSS code option of your theme on the below path.
Admin Area -> Appearance -> Theme Settings -> Custom Code -> CSS Code
@media (max-width: 800px){ span.wpcf7-form-control-wrap.textarea-270 { padding: 0 14px; } }
You are always welcome here 🙂
You are always welcome here 🙂
Hi is there a way that I can have font awesome and simple line icons NOT load at all to improve the website speed?
To achieve this, you have to develop custom code in the child theme of the Jevelin theme.
Developing custom code for custom functionality is beyond the scope of support that we provide here. Please see https://themeforest.net/item/jevelin-multipurpose-premium-responsive-wordpress-theme/14728833/support
If you are not a developer then you can consider hiring a developer to develop it for you. You can hire a developer from any freelance site. Shufflehound recommends the developer https://www.upwork.com/freelancers/~011652ffec8865c6d5
Could you please share the page URL from the site where you have taken the shared screenshot so that I can help you to achieve it?
Sorry but I still didn’t understand what you are trying to edit.
Could you please tell me what you are referring to as Headings and Modules by sharing the screenshots of them so that I can help you?
You have to download the below latest version of the theme and update it on your website as described here https://support.shufflehound.com/updating-theme/

Hi @mythaiorg,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your questions.
a) Special characters such as Thai letters aren’t displaying anymore (hosting CS said might be because the content was created way back when / different php support) – so I was wondering if there’s a chance to make it work again? Here’s an example: https://my-thai.org/muay-thai-interview-legendary-john-wayne-parr/
Please try clearing and temporarily deactivating the WP Rocket cache that you are using on your website.
Also, please check whether it works using Twenty Twenty theme on your site.
b) Every time I log in to the dashboard and the editor I get the error message below. Any chance to fix this as well?
Please make sure that you are using the below latest version of the theme.
Please login to access this file
Also, this can be due to plugin conflict on your site so please try temporarily deactivating all plugins except Unyson plugin and WpBakery page builder plugins and see whether everything works fine and then enable the plugins one by one to see which plugin is conflicting if any.
Best regards,
Shufflehound team
Hi Kutlu,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
Do you want to edit the below page?
https://gillion.shufflehound.com/blog-style/mix-style/
Do you want to just change the titles of the posts?
If yes then you can do so by editing the posts and not that page.
Best regards,

Hi @marcosroberio,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
Do you mean you want to make the word bold in the title?
If yes then you can achieve this either using a strong tag or b tag in the post titles as described in the below topic.

Solution for this topic
Hi @camille2421,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
This is happening because you have added an empty column there as shown in the attached screenshot.
Please remove the column to remove the empty space.
