You are most welcome here 🙂
Hi @eventswestjohn,
Sorry to hear about the problem you are having.
I could confirm the issue on your shared website.
Please use the following plugin to test whether your site sends emails successfully.
https://wordpress.org/plugins/check-email/
If your website and above plugin doesn’t send test email then you can troubleshoot and fix the email not getting sent issue as described in the below pages.
https://kinsta.com/knowledgebase/wordpress-not-sending-emails/
https://hostpapasupport.com/fix-wordpress-not-sending-email-issue/
https://www.fixrunner.com/how-to-solve-wordpress-not-sending-emails-issue/
If the test email gets sent then please check whether the test email sent from the contact form settings gets sent successfully.
Also, this can be due to plugin conflict on your site so please try temporarily deactivating all plugins except Unyson plugin and WpBakery page builder plugins and see whether everything works fine and then enable the plugins one by one to see which plugin is conflicting if any.
Best regards,
Shufflehound team

I hope you are well today and thank you for your questions.
how can we remove the black bars above and below the slider on mobile? Desktop view is ok, they only show up on mobile.
You can edit the slider and make it responsive on mobile as described on the below pages.
https://support.stylemixthemes.com/revolution-slider-responsive-settings
https://www.themepunch.com/slider-revolution/responsive-settings/
how could we remove the featured image from the top of the blog post but keep it on the post previews?
You can remove it by adding the following CSS code in the Custom CSS code option of your theme on the below path.
Admin Area -> Appearance -> Theme Settings -> Custom Code -> CSS Code
.single-post article .post-meta-thumb { display: none; }

Could you please try using the actual address instead of Latitude and Longitude?
If it still persists then would you mind if I log in to your site and do quick troubleshooting? If this is ok then could you please temporarily create an admin user account and share me the account login details privately by adding them in the box having text “Enter your private content here (only you and forum moderators will be able to see it)”?
Please try clearing the breeze cache that you are using on your website.

Hi @studioalice,
Sorry to hear about the problem you are having.
The 500 error is server related error.
You can resolve 500 Internal Server Error as described on the below pages.

Hi @FS_DE,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
To achieve this, you have to develop custom code in the child theme of the Jevelin theme.
Developing custom code for custom functionality is beyond the scope of support that we provide here. Please see https://themeforest.net/item/jevelin-multipurpose-premium-responsive-wordpress-theme/14728833/support
If you are not a developer then you can consider hiring a developer to develop it for you. You can hire a developer from any freelance site. Shufflehound recommends the developer https://www.upwork.com/freelancers/~011652ffec8865c6d5

That button does not load photos of the gallery that you can also see on the below demo page.
https://jevelin.shufflehound.com/construction/
You can just edit that button and set its link to the gallery page where all the photos are displayed.

Hi @labo,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
Yes, you are right the icon is displayed by Simple line icon font and you can change it to another icon by adding the following CSS code in the Custom CSS code option of your theme on the below path.
Admin Area -> Appearance -> Theme Settings -> Custom Code -> CSS Code
#sidebar .widget_recent_entries li:before { content: "\e061"; }
You can see all Simple line icons on the below pages.
https://simplelineicons.github.io/

You can increase the spacing by adding the following CSS code in the Custom CSS code option of your theme on the below path.
Admin Area -> Appearance -> Theme Settings -> Custom Code -> CSS Code
.blog-list .post-container { margin: 0 20px; }
Awesome great to see you got that fixed.
Please advise if you have more questions.
Have a fantastic day!
You are always welcome here 🙂
