It seems the issue is with the video format that you are using in the slider.
Which video format are you using in the slider?

I can see it is working fine on your shared website now.
We don’t have an older version of the WPBakery page builder plugin.
Another questions, I am using a theme with the Slider Revolution, but says i need to purchase it, I entered my purchase code but didn’t work, do I need to pay for this separately? What can I use as an alternative if I have to pay for this?
If you have not purchased slider revolution plugin and using the plugin bundled with the theme then you are not direct customer of that plugin so can not activate that plugin.

To use the plugin you don’t need purchase code, you can just install and activate the plugin from Appearance -> Install Plugins

 Now the bottom thumbnail on the same page still displays as cutoff, see attached.
It is because the image used there is cropped as shown in the attached screenshot so please use full image or try using a different image.
