Hi @empowershop,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
Could you please temporarily use any default theme such as the Twenty Nineteen theme on your site and check whether it works fine?
Best regards,
Shufflehound team
Regarding the question in this topic, basically the problem is that the Woocommerce store categories on the PC are displayed on the left at the top, but when viewed in the Mobile version, it appears near the footer. But my client asks me to upload it to the beginning of everything.
You can achieve it by adding the following CSS code in the Custom CSS code option of your theme on the below path.
Admin Area -> Appearance -> Theme Settings -> Custom Code -> CSS Code
@media(max-width:767px) { .post-type-archive-product .woocomerce-styling { display: flex; flex-wrap: wrap; } .post-type-archive-product #content { order: 2; } .post-type-archive-product #sidebar { order: 1; } }
When editing, the changes appear to me, but it is not displayed when I exit the editor.
Please make sure that you have saved the changes.
Awesome great to see you got that resolved.
Please advise if you have more questions.
Have a fantastic day!
I didn’t understand what I have to change when calling the simple-icons or the themify so could you please describe it a bit more in detail?
Hi Kent,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
It is a topbar menu that you can disable from the theme settings as shown in the attached screenshot.

a. How to move the newsletter opt below the post
Could you please share with me the exact post URL where it is displaying?
b. How to make the title bold and light for each post as done in the demo?
c. How can I change the homepage logo URL – That assign a different URL to the logo other than the default root domain URL ?
To help us keep support thread separates could you please create a new thread for each of your other questions instead of asking them in your single thread as it makes the thread messy and hard to read.
If you want to you can also add a reference to this thread in your newly created thread.
We would be more than happy to help you with your new thread.
You can just download the above shared theme and update it as described here https://support.shufflehound.com/updating-theme/
Yes, you can achieve it using an option in the theme settings as shown in the attached screenshot.
The issue is resolved in the below latest version of theme so please update the theme as described here https://support.shufflehound.com/updating-theme/

Hi @bizacademy,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
It is not a template but just a single post having its post style set to Slider as shown in the attached screenshot.

Could you please share the demo page URL that you are referring to so that I can help you to achieve it?
Please change the shared credentials ASAP.
I don’t have credentials to change it here so I have asked forum admin to do it which may take some time.
In the meanwhile, please change it at your side.
I dont know how to do it.
Admin Area -> Appearance -> Install Plugins
Just visit the above path on your website and install the plugins as displayed in the attached screenshot.
I did activate woocomerce and all plugins and still it doesnt work. Can you fix this?
It seems you have activated the WooCommerce plugin after importing the demo content which won’t have any effect so please first activate all plugins and then import the demo content.
The image that says “a” is about this problem. And I would like to know how to place it at the top because I can’t find how to do it.
I am not sure what you are referring to as a top here so could you please describe it a bit more?
And I also ask something else, how can I put the footer in the center in the mobile version? See the image that says “b”.
You can try achieving this using the Yellow Pencil editor in responsive mode as described in the below page.

It seems you are using very large logo image on your website so please use a smaller logo image or set its height wherever you want to as shown in the attached screenshots.
Hi @Angelo_Gotti,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
Please don’t share sensitive information on the forum as this is a public forum so the information shared can be seen by others.
Please change the shared credentials ASAP.
If you want to share anything privately then you can do so by adding them in the box having text “Enter your private content here (only you and forum moderators will be able see it)”.
You get this warning message when you don’t activate the WooCommerce plugin when importing the demo content.
Please make sure that you have activated the WooCommerce and other theme required plugins as listed on the below path.
Admin Area -> Appearance -> Install Plugins

I tested it on google chrome (including in private mode) and it works fine for me as shown in the attached screenshot.
Please try deactivating all browser extensions and make sure you are using latest version of browser.
Hi @AaronITB,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
There isn’t any option to change the default functionality of redirection.
To achieve this, you have to develop custom code in the child theme of the Jevelin theme.
Developing custom code for custom functionality is beyond the scope of support that we provide here. Please see https://themeforest.net/item/jevelin-multipurpose-premium-responsive-wordpress-theme/14728833/support
If you are not a developer then you can consider hiring a developer to develop it for you. You can hire a developer from any freelance site. Shufflehound recommends the developer https://www.upwork.com/freelancers/~011652ffec8865c6d5
