Could you please clear and temporarily deactivate the W3 Total Cache that you are using on your website so that I can troubleshoot it?
Also, please try deactivating the lazy loading that you are using on your website.

Please make sure that you are using below the latest version of the theme.
This can be due to plugin conflict on your site so please try temporarily deactivating all plugins except Unyson plugin and WpBakery page builder plugins and see whether everything works fine and then enable the plugins one by one to see which plugin is conflicting if any.

I deactived all plugin except Unyson and wpbakery page builder and one click demo ımport . you can see in the attachment screen shot. But still get the 500 internal error when the import demo theme.
Then it means this is not a plugin conflict issue so please try using other solutions as described below.

And also ı exported all wp-content file from 64.227.78.17 server my local computer via ftp filezilla. Isn’t it right to export this way?
Now I send to this wp-content file local server. I will change old wp-content file. Then can ı use one click import ?
No, it is not right.
You should use WordPress export/import as described below.
We are considering this as an enhancement and not a bug.

The product page is a dynamic page so you can’t change it from the admin area.
You have to develop custom code or use page builder as described below to change this page.

It is not displayed by the theme but either the custom code that you have developed on the website os the plugin that you are using on your website.
Please remove the custom code or the plugin or hide it by adding the following CSS code in the Custom CSS code option of your theme on the below path.
Admin Area -> Appearance -> Theme Settings -> Custom Code -> CSS Code
