You can change it by adding the following CSS code in the Custom CSS code option of your theme on the below path.
Admin Area -> Appearance -> Theme Settings -> Custom Code -> CSS Code

You can make it work on all pages and all vc rows using below CSS code.
#page-container .vc_row { background-position: top !important; }
We didn’t add any CSS code there so can’t share it.
You can import the demo content on your development or testing site and refer the form element.
If you don’t have development or testing or staging site then you can create it easily.
I can’t access your shared site as it just displays me the message “Desarrollo
En desarrollo”.
Please make sure that your website is accessible or would you mind if I log in to your site and access it? If this is ok then could you please temporarily share me your site admin login details privately by adding them in the box having text “Enter your private content here (only you and forum moderators will be able see it)”?
No, it won’t completely but partially and the demo content will create new posts and pages.
I recommend you to take backup of your website before importing the demo content.

You can not selectively import the contact form on your website, instead, you have to import the whole demo as described below.

If you don’t want to import the whole demo content on your website then you have to either create those forms manually or import the demo content on your development website and then refer them to create it on your production site.

It seems you have created the shared site home page using the Unyson page builder so you can only edit it using Unyson page builder and not WordPress editor.
Also, it seems you are using an older version of the theme on your website so please update the theme on your site to the below latest version as described here https://support.shufflehound.com/updating-theme/

Could you please share the screenshots of the Google map element settings so that I can troubleshoot it?
Also, please try clearing and temporarily deactivating the W3 Total Cache that you are using on your website.
I am not sure what you mean so could you please describe it a bit more so that I can help you?
I could confirm this on your shared site but I have tested it on my test site and it’s working fine for me using the latest version of Jevelin theme.

This can be due to plugin conflict on your site so please try temporary deactivating all plugins except Unyson plugin and WpBakery page builder plugins and see whether everything works fine and then enable the plugins one by one to see which plugin is conflicting if any.

I can see in your shared screenshot that it is a 504 Gateway Timeout Error which usually caused when a server is unable to connect to an upstream server to complete a request.
We don’t have XML files of demo content.
You can resolve the issue as described on the below pages.
