I don’t see white space above the slider as shown in the attached screenshot.

On another note, i was somewhat disappointed that the theme didn’t come with any pages predesigned. Only the home page had a demo.
Do you perhaps have demos for internal pages?
Each internal pages have separate demo content that you can import as described on the below page.
I logged into your website and just cleared the WP Fastest Cache that you are using which made the website display correctly so it seems the issue with WP Fastest Cache.
Could you please confirm it?
I can see your shared website is displaying full width with white frames and you can disable those white frames as shown in the attached screenshot.
I can see you are using an older version of the theme on your shared site so please update the theme on your site to the below latest version as described here https://support.shufflehound.com/updating-theme/
Also, could you please try temporarily deactivating the Yellow pencil editor plugin to check whether it is causing the issue?

As said above it is working fine for me on my test site.
I am not sure why it is not working on your website.
Would you mind if I log in to your site and do some troubleshooting? If this is ok then could you please temporarily share me your site admin login details privately by adding them in the box having text “Enter your private content here (only you and forum moderators will be able see it)”?

Could you please temporarily disable the Yellow Pencil Editor plugin on your website and test it to confirm whether the CSS code generated by the plugin is causing the issue?

Then just delete your existing website content using the below plugin and reimport the blog demo content which will make the  From Side To Side page work.

I am using the theme on my site without any issue along with thousands of users who are using it.
This can be your site-specific issue but we can certainly resolve it.
Could you please tell me exactly what problem you are facing and what you mean by the site is not visible?
If you are just getting the blank white page then can you please try temporary enabling WP_DEBUG mode? To do this, just go to wp-config.php include this:
define('WP_DEBUG',true);You might already have a line for WP_DEBUG, so just make sure it’s set to true.
Let me know what errors if any you are getting when you face this issue.
