When I click save template the screen doesn’t change, didn’t give me the option to name and save a template. Not sure why this may be?
Could you please share the screenshot of the issue so that I can troubleshoot it?
This can be due to plugin conflict on your site so please try temporary deactivating all plugins except Unyson plugin and WpBakery page builder plugins and see whether everything works fine and then enable the plugins one by one to see which plugin is conflicting if any.
It’s happening for the past few weeks. Is it because Jevelin hasn’t updated with the latest WP Bakery?

I have tested it on my test site and it’s working fine for me on single product page using the latest version of Jevelin theme as displayed in the attached screenshot.

another question:
in the footer there are about us section, how can I make the text direction ( not text alignment) from right to the left, just the description text?

Also, it is displaying full width after resizing the browser.

You can just check the theme version on your website and compare it with the below theme version.
I have just checked it on your website and confirmed that you are using the latest version of the theme.

Shufflehound teamAs said, If you have made changes using theme settings, customizer or using any plugin such as Yellow pencil editor then the update doesn’t overwrite these changes.
If you have made changes in the theme CSS, PHP or JS files then the changes get overwritten.
I could confirm the issue on my test site, therefore, I notified the theme developer about this so that it will be fixed.
The issue will be fixed ASAP.
In the meanwhile, you can try resolving the issue by adding the following CSS code in the Custom CSS option of your theme on the below path.
Admin Area -> Appearance -> Customize -> Additional CSS

The W3 Total Cache plugin is a good plugin.
Please try clearing its cache and resetting the plugin settings.
You can also contact the plugin support to configure it properly.

If you have not made any changes in the theme code files then you can update it as described above.

Please make sure that you have installed the required theme plugins from Admin Area -> Appearance -> Install Plugins after activating the theme.
Then you can import the accounting demo content on your website as described on the below page and edit it however you want to.

I can see some javascript errors are occurring in the browser console on your shared site which is causing this issue.
This can be due to plugin conflict on your site so please try temporary deactivating all plugins except Unyson plugin and WpBakery page builder plugins and see whether everything works fine and then enable the plugins one by one to see which plugin is conflicting if any.

Shufflehound team@borishar If you have installed it then it will display in the Installed Plugins page on Admin Area -> Plugins -> Installed Plugins
This is a simple PHP warning/notice and most of the time it doesn’t affect the functionality of the site so it is nothing to worry about!
Do you have WP_DEBUG set to true in your wp-config.php file?
If you do then please set it to false.
This will hide the warning messages and you will be able to use your site normally.Hi @vinesofvirginia,
