If you have already installed the Slider Revolution plugin then you don’t need to reinstall it.
Have you also activated the WPBakery page builder plugin?
If the location is not found there then click on the link “Cannot find the location?” as shown in the attached screenshot and configure the location manually.
we solved the issue by refreshing the page with
command + shift +r
Awesome great to see you got that solved.
Please advise if you have more questions.
Have a fantastic day!
caching of the javascript files, maybe?
That can be the issue.
I only set Page Layout to Full Width as shown in the above shared screenshot.
You can try doing this to any other page and let me know if it doesn’t work for you.
You are most welcome here 🙂
Hi Andreas,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
To achieve this, you have to develop custom code in the child theme of Gillion theme.
Developing custom code for custom functionality is beyond the scope of support that we provide here. Please see https://themeforest.net/item/gillion-multiconcept-blogmagazine-theme/19470306/support
If you are not a developer then you can consider hiring a developer to develop it for you. You can hire a developer from any freelance site. Shufflehound recommends the developer https://www.upwork.com/freelancers/~011652ffec8865c6d5

Hi @vinesofvirginia,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
Please check whether it displays on the facebook sharing debugger on the below page.
https://developers.facebook.com/tools/debug/sharing/
If not then could you please share the page URL from your site where it is not displaying so that I can troubleshoot it?
Best regards,
Shufflehound team
Awesome great to see you got that resolved.
Please advise if you have more questions.
Have a fantastic day!
You are most welcome here 🙂
Hi @mmoyer,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
Which version of the Internet Explorer browser are you using?
Does it work fine after deactivating the page loader in the theme settings as shown in the attached screenshot?
Best regards,
Shufflehound team
Thank you for sharing the site credentials.
I got the credentials now but it seems you missed to share your site URL so could you please share it?
Awesome great to see you got the issue found.
Please advise if you have more questions.
Have a fantastic day!
Solution for this topic
Hi @jakub,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
You can achieve this by changing the CSS code as following.
@media (max-width: 550px) { #page-container .container { width: 370px !important; max-width: 370px !important; } }
Best regards,
Shufflehound team
Hi @shivukia,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
In your shared screenshots, only warnings are displayed which occur when you don’t activate the WooCommerce plugin when importing the demo content but still the demo content gets imported without any issue.
You can import the demo content as described in the below page.
https://support.shufflehound.com/installing-demo/
If you are facing any issue after importing the demo content then could you please share the page URL from your site where it is not displaying so that I can troubleshoot it?
Best regards,
Shufflehound team
Hi @darkstark3r,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
Please make sure that you have activated the required plugins such as WPBakery Page Builder and Slider revolution from Admin Area -> Appearance -> Install Plugins
Best regards,
Shufflehound team
I understood that it is a blog page and not a portfolio page.
Could you please share the screenshot of how you have configured the Blog Page settings?
Also, please update the theme on your site to the below latest version as described here https://support.shufflehound.com/updating-theme/

I can see it is also not working when I use default WordPress Twenty Nineteen theme so it seems the issue with your WordPress installation and not the theme.
You can try resolving the issue by reinstalling WordPress on your website as described below.

I just notices that the WP bakery dont show in my backend so I cant make changes to any pages.
The plugin is installed and activated, and has been used since we built the website, but today it didn´t work.
I logged into your website and saw the WPBakery Page Builder is working fine on it as shown in the attached screenshot.
Please advise.
Also there is something wrong with the theme on the front page. See attached images. See attached screenshot.
Its only on the frontpage this problem is. the rest of the page shows the text and images, but the frontpage shows what looks like the codes from the page builder.
As said above your site home page is created using Unyson page builder and not WPBakery page builder so you have to use Unyson page builder to edit it.
It seems you tried to edit it using WPBakery page builder which has broken the page and you have to recreate it.
Please note that you can only edit the page using the same page builder that you used to create it so if you have used WPBakery or Unyson or any other page builder then please use the same page builder to edit the page.
Please do not switch between page builders or else you will lose the content so choose the page builder that you want to use initially when you create the page content.
I logged into your site and made the page “No full width” full width by editing its Page settings as shown in the attached screenshot.
I have made below page full width so could you please confirm it?

I could confirm the issue on another mobile device.
You can resolve it using the solutions shared in the below pages.
