It is a plugin issue and not a theme so please use any other widget as shared below.

It seems the Unyson page builder is handling the videos differently.
Could you please try adding the video in all three formats?

However, before I upgrade to the paid version, can you tell me if there are any known issues/conflicts with either Sucuri or Wordfence?
No, there isn’t any conflict between them.
You can also ask the same to the plugin developers to know whether they found any conflict.
Alternatively, is there a security plugin you recommend for use with the Jevelin theme.
All the above two mentioned plugins are good.
