This can be due to plugin used on your site so please try temporary deactivating all plugins except Unyson plugin and WpBakery page builder plugins and see whether everything works fine and then enable the plugins one by one to see which plugin is conflicting if any.

You can achieve it by adding the following CSS code in the Custom CSS code option of your theme on the below path.
Admin Area -> Appearance -> Theme Settings -> Custom Code -> CSS Code

I logged into your site and it seems this is happening because the file admin-ajax.php is not accessible as shown in the attached screenshot.

You have to first click on the All Pages menu link as shown in the attached screenshot then you will get your home page in the list that you have to edit and you will get the Page Settings on that screen.
How do you actually regenerate the thumb nails once the plug in is installed?
After activating the plugin, you can regenerate the thumbnails by clicking on the button as shown in the attached screenshot.
I could confirm the issue on your shared site but it is getting installed on my test site as shown in the attached screenshot.
On your site, I am getting the error “Download failed. Unavailable For Legal Reasons” as shown in the second attached screenshot which seems webhost related issue.
Which webhost are you using?
Could you please ask your webhost to know whether there is any restriction to install a plugin from third party server?
The category Hair Removal contains three posts but when you visit any post from that category then that post is excluded from the related posts as it will be a duplicate post so only two posts remain and as described above if the posts in that category are less than 3 then the random posts are displayed.

If this is ok then could you please temporary share me your site admin login details privately by adding them in the box having text “Enter your private content here (only you and forum moderators will be able see it)”?
The theme works on any browser.
We are troubleshooting the issue, therefore, we need to also test it on a different browser to know whether it is a browser-specific issue.
Is it possible to ask your client to also test the below demo site to confirm whether it is a site-specific issue?
Can we know which header file on the backend do we need to add in the code? And which variable?

I logged into your shared site and saw this was happening because you had set the Header Layout in your home page header settings to logo/menu center as shown in the attached screenshot, therefore, it was not getting changed.
I changed it to Default and the header layout changes are getting reflected on the home page now.
Could you please confirm it?
