Hi @catrionamcgillivray,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your questions.
I am having an issue with google maps. I have entered our individual API code and reset the location many times but the map always displays Iceland and a box that says ‘This page can’t load Google Maps correctly.” I have attached a screenshot to show you what I mean. Please can you advise?
Please try updating the theme on your site to the below latest version as described here https://support.shufflehound.com/updating-theme/
Please login to access this file
I also cannot get ‘Contact’ in the menu bar to link to the contact form on the page. How do I link this in the menu section?
Please change the contact menu URL to https://valhalla-gili.com/#contacts
Best regards,

Hi @gabipasos,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your questions.
I have not been able to edit anything using Yellow Pencil which is a feature I was really looking forward to. When I try to select something to edit nothing happens. It wont allow me to click any of the buttons to edit, design, etc. How do I make it so I’m able to edit with YP?
You can use Yellow Pencil editor as described in the below page.
https://yellowpencil.waspthemes.com/documentation/
Could you please share your site URL where it’s happening so that I can troubleshoot it?
In addition I haven’t been able to change the ‘Jevelin’ title in the top left corner of the website for some reason although I changed the title in “Site Identity”.
It is not a title but the logo image that you can change from the theme header settings as shown in the attached screenshot.
Best regards,
Shufflehound team
You are most welcome here 🙂
To achieve this, you have to develop custom code in the child theme of Jevelin theme.
Developing custom code for custom functionality is beyond the scope of support that we provide here. Please see https://themeforest.net/item/jevelin-multipurpose-premium-responsive-wordpress-theme/14728833/support
If you are not a developer then you can consider hiring a developer to develop it for you. You can hire a developer from any freelance site. Shufflehound recommends the developer https://www.upwork.com/freelancers/~011652ffec8865c6d5

Hi @eugenef3,

You can resolve it by adding the following CSS code in the Custom CSS code option of your theme on the below path.
Admin Area -> Appearance -> Theme Settings -> Custom Code -> CSS Code
.sh-header-mobile-navigation .header-logo img { max-width: 90%; float: right; }

I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
The Unyson plugin is a theme required plugin and it is working fine on my test site.
Please make sure that you are using a latest version of the plugin on your site and also check that the files mentioned in your error log exist in your WordPress installation.
Also, please make sure that the plugin files have correct read & write permissions.
