This can be due to plugin conflict on your site so please try temporary deactivating all plugins except Unyson plugin and WpBakery page builder plugins and see whether everything works fine and then enable the plugins one by one to see which plugin is conflicting if any.
Also, please try recreating the facebook App.
I am not sure what you meant by “above the fold”.

That style is unique to Portfolio 1.0 so to achieve this in Portfolio 2.0, you have to develop custom code in the child theme of Jevelin theme.

You can achieve it by adding the following CSS code in the Custom CSS code option of your theme on the below path.
Admin Area -> Appearance -> Theme Settings -> Custom Code -> CSS Code

I have built the webiste in WPBakery. If I use yellow pencil now wont it stuff up the website?
WpBakery is a page builder and Yellow Pencil is a CSS editor so they won’t conflict with each other.
I have tried moving the columns over and saving however any changes I make do not reflect on the website afterwards like something is overriding Yellow pencil,
Would you mind if I log in to your site and do some troubleshooting? If this is ok then could you please temporary share me your site admin login details privately by adding them in the box having text “Enter your private content here (only you and forum moderators will be able see it)”?
also any changes I make in responsive mode shouldnt alter how the website views on computer screen right?

Could you please add the same slider in any test page content area and share me the page URL?
Is there a way I use for the product pages WPBakery Page Builder? With this plugin it would be then very easy and I could do it on my own.
You can enable it in the WPbakery plugin settings as shown in the attached screenshot.

I have tested it on my test site and it is working fine for me.
I also tested it on your site by adding the media grid element in the Sample page content and it is working fine that you can test yourself.
It seems something added in your site About page is causing the issue so please test removing or disabling the elements one by one on that page.
I can see in your shared screenshot that you have not added App Domain so please configure it as described in the below pages.
