I logged into your website but didn’t see any footer template on it as shown in the attached screenshots.
Please advise.
This can also be due to plugin conflict on your site so please try temporarily deactivating all plugins except the Wpbakery page builder plugin and see whether everything works fine and then enable the plugins one by one to see which plugin is conflicting if any.
You can also try reinstalling WordPress as described on the below pages.

It seems you are using the Blog page template to display the blog page so in this case you can edit the blog page and change its blog settings that I did on your website as shown in the attached screenshots.
If you have upgraded to the Redux framework then please make sure that you deactivated the Unyson plugin on your website.

Shufflehound teamTo remove them, you have to disable the Back To Top button in the theme settings as shown in the attached screenshots.
I logged into your website and saw this is happening because the WordPress admin-ajax.php file is generating 500 Internal server error on saving the theme settings as shown in the attached screenshot.
You can resolve the 500 Internal server error as described below and also contact your webhost to resolve it.

Please don’t share sensitive information on the forum by adding it in the file as this is a public forum so the information shared can be seen by others.
Please change the shared credentials ASAP.
If you want to share anything privately then you can do so by adding them in the box having text “Enter your private content here (only you and forum moderators will be able to see it)”.
I tried logging into your website to troubleshoot the issue but could not find the login page on the website so could you please share the login page URL from your site where so that I can troubleshoot it?

I have tested it on my test site and it’s working fine for me using the latest version of the Jevelin theme.
Please make sure that you have installed all the theme-required plugins from the below path.
Admin Area -> Appearance -> Install Plugins

If you have upgraded to the Redux framework then you have to deactivate the Unyson plugin on your website.
You have to add Google Maps API key in the theme General settings as shown in the first and second attached screenshots.
Would you mind if I log in to your site and do quick troubleshooting to resolve the other issues? If this is ok then could you please temporarily create an admin user account and share the account login details privately by adding them in the box having text “Enter your private content here (only you and forum moderators will be able to see it)”?

Please try clearing your Firefox browser cache and deactivating all the browser extensions.

The issue will be fixed ASAP.
We will release the theme version containing a fix for this issue this week.
