Hi @dalkat,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
It seems you are using Jetpack plugin on your site so could you please try temporary deactivating its Photon module on your site as shown in the attached screenshot?
Also please try regenerating thumbnails on your site using the below plugin.
https://wordpress.org/plugins/force-regenerate-thumbnails/
Best regards,
Shufflehound team
I tried adding the portfolio slug manually and it still drew upon other items in different portfolios.
Have you tried its name such as “Client Work Portfolio”?
I want three portfolio blocks side by side, so I’ve selected three columns. However, the third block jumps down to the second line, even though there’s room for it on the first line. What’s happening?
You can resolve it by adding the following CSS code in the Custom CSS code option of your theme on the below path.
Admin Area -> Appearance -> Theme Settings -> Custom Code -> CSS Code
#page-container .sh-portfolio-layout-grid .sh-portfolio-item {
margin: 15px 0 15px -4px;
}
.
Hi @cultobarbaro,
Thank you for your question.
I don’t see it on your shared site as shown in the attached screenshot.
Have you managed to remove it?
Best regards,
Shufflehound team
Hi @cultobarbaro,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
Please edit that page and in its Blog page settings, you can configure how many posts to display as shown in the attached screenshots.
Best regards,
Shufflehound team
So the 3 smaller images (the first attached image) is a widget “shufflehound: recent posts”
I can see it is getting resized and cropped to the size 80px X 80px
Do you not want to crop those images or anything else?
and the second attached image is a Blog Post Element in WP Bakery
Is the same cropping issue with it?
Do you want to display whole images there without resizing?
You are always welcome here 🙂
You can see what is included in the customer service of the theme as described in the below page.

Awesome great to see you got that achieved.
Have a fantastic day!
I still don’t understand what type of content element it is so please also share the screenshot from the admin area of your site where you have added it.
Please try regenerating thumbnails on your site using the below plugin.
Hi @mgale,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
There is an update available but I am terrified that it will remove the customization I have done to my theme. What will happen when I update the theme and how do I do it?
You can update the theme on your site to the below latest version as described here https://support.shufflehound.com/updating-theme/
Please login to access this file
If you have not made any changes in the theme files then it won’t affect any customizations on your site.
Please take a backup of your site before updating the theme so that If anything goes wrong then you can recover it.
I’m also experiencing issues with the Brizy plugin. It doesn’t display the navigation. When I searched the forum it says to use Unyson but that plugin directs me to use Brizy. Please help!
The only theme required plugin is a Unyson plugin that you can get from the below page.
https://wordpress.org/plugins/unyson/
Please contact Brizy plugin support to get help about the Brizy plugin.
Best regards,
Shufflehound team
Hi @zenfiretrading,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
There isn’t any option to remove it and I can only help you to remove it by developing custom CSS code If I can access the site where it is displaying.
Best regards,
Shufflehound team
As said above you have to develop custom code to achieve this.

Hi @Antalvespo,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
To resolve this, you have to develop custom code.
Developing custom code for custom functionality is beyond the scope of support that we provide here. Please see https://themeforest.net/item/jevelin-multipurpose-premium-responsive-wordpress-theme/14728833/support
If you are not a developer then you can consider hiring a developer to develop it for you. You can hire a developer from any freelance site. Shufflehound recommends the developer https://www.upwork.com/freelancers/~011652ffec8865c6d5

Solution for this topic
#2 (in Pink on the attached screen shot) I’d like to change the hover color overlay to be different over just the images. All other accent colors can remain red.
You can achieve it by adding the following CSS code in the Custom CSS code option of your theme on the below path.
Admin Area -> Appearance -> Theme Settings -> Custom Code -> CSS Code
#page-container .sh-overlay-style1 {
background-color: rgba(0, 183, 142, 0.8)!important;
}The link is loganyonavjak.com – you can see where the 3rd portfolio item jumps onto a second line. It’s currently set on ‘coming soon’ mode so let me know when you’re ready to view it and i’ll remove that.
Please temporarily disable the ‘coming soon’ mode so that I can access your site.
I tried adding the portfolio slug manually and it still drew upon other items in different portfolios.
Could you please share me the screenshots of them so that I can troubleshoot it?
Also please try using their name.
I am using company logos for the portfolio tiles so that the format is: company logo, project description. I want the tile item image to have a shorter height so that long logos could fit without blowing up. Is there a way to do this?
To help us keep support thread separates could you please create a new thread for each of your other questions instead of asking them in your single thread as it makes the thread messy and hard to read.
If you want to you can also add reference of this thread in your newly created thread.
We would be more than happy to help you with your new thread.
There isn’t any other option and the only option is to update the theme.
Please note you are making changes in the theme files, therefore, you have to make these changes again after theme update as changes made in the theme files get lost on theme update.
To avoid this situation it is always recommended to make the changes in the child theme and not directly in the theme files.
You will get more information about the child theme on the below page.
http://freewptp.com/why-and-how-to-create-wordpress-child-theme/

Hi Edwin,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your questions.
When I do an website audit it says i don’t have h1 tags, which i think is strange because i assume my title is an h1 tag. Do you get this?
I visited your shared site and saw h1 tag in the site markup as shown in the attached screenshot.
Please advise.
Second I try to make a 404 page just by activating the button that comes with the theme, but in the audit it says i dont have one. Can you explain this?
Which button and audit are you referring to?
Could you please describe it a bit more in detail by sharing its screenshots?
Best regards,
Shufflehound team
