This seems because the CSS and markup of that form is not working correcty in the sidebar.

I would like to organize this code more properly. Where should I put this code in my website files? What folder?
You can add it in the style.css file of the Jevelin child theme.
Can I rearrange the codes without affecting anything? Ex// moving all the header codes closer to each other so it’s more organized? Then same with page, body, woocommerce, footer, etc..

Please make sure to take backup of your site before updating anything so that If anything goes wrong then you can restore it.

Yes, you can update the WordPress and it won’t affect anything with the Jevelin theme.
2.) Also, how can I update all my plugins without losing any customizations? ex// Unyson, woocommerce, yellowpencil..
If you have not made any changes in the plugin files then you can update it without any issue.
You must update the Yellow Pencil editor plugin ASAP due to security issue as described in the below topic.

When I try to search for anything on my website through the search bar in the header, I get en error. The same search bar work great on the hebrew version of the site and the other search bar at the bottom work just fine.
This can be due to plugin conflict on your site so please try temporary deactivating all plugins except Unyson plugin and WpBakery page builder plugins and see whether everything works fine and then enable the plugins one by one to see which plugin is conflicting if any.
When I scroll down to the bottom, sometimes the footer is kinda stuck and the parallax effect doesn’t go all the way up to reveal the whole instagram widget. Can this be fixed somehow?
Please try disabling Footer Parallax option in the theme footer settings as shown in the attached screenshot.

It is displayed by the slider revolution plugin so we can’t change it in the theme but we’ll notify the plugin developer about it so that they will fix it.
Just make sure that you are using latest version of the slider revolution plugin.

Please try changing above shared CSS code as following.
#thrive-comments #tcm-post-content { width: 1200px !important; max-width: 100%; } #thrive-comments .tcm-comments-create .tcm-create-post-container .right { max-width: 100%; }In the page editor, there are buttons that you can use to edit the page using different page builders as shown in the attached screenshot.
If you don’t understand these options correctly then don’t use them in your existing pages as they might corrupt your page content so instead please create a new page and check how these options work.
As you have not taken backup of your site so we can’t restore the pages which are corrupted due to swtiching the page builders and you have to create them again from scratch.
