I have tested it on my test site and it’s working fine for me using latest version of Jevelin theme.
This can be due to plugin conflict on your site so please try temporary deactivating all plugins except Unyson plugin and WpBakery page builder plugins and see whether everything works fine and then enable the plugins one by one to see which plugin is conflicting if any.

There is something else however, the notice on top of the page isn’t mobile responsive.
You can resolve it by adding the following CSS code in the Custom CSS code option of your theme on the below path.

I could confirm the issue on my test site, therefore, notified the theme developer about this so that it will be fixed.

It seems you are not doing how I have told you above and instead using the envato plugin which is not required.

You want to customize the theme top bar and the support does not include customization services.

Also please try clearing & temporarily disabling the WP-Super-Cache and autoptimize that you are using on your site.
