No, I don’t see any issue in that as you have changes the logo text font size.
You can decrease its height by adding the following CSS code in the Custom CSS code option of your theme on the below path.
Admin Area -> Appearance -> Theme Settings -> Custom Code -> CSS Code

Please test it clearing your browser cache.
Try clearing WP Cache plugin and make sure that the WP Cache plugin is not minifying the js file by configuring its settings.

even if I go Add Media – Create Gallery – 1 column, full size. It’s just a grid with 3 columns with square, heavily distorted thumbnails

The shared credentials worked for me.
As said above please also answer the below questions?
1) Add Shop/Products in the menu.
Are you facing any problem adding it in the menu?
If yes then please describe what is the problem?
2) Once products are in cart it’s not redirect to the cart page.
Have you configured the plugin settings to redirect it?
If not then please contact the plugin support to configure it.
3) Checkout also having same problem while you clicking from the menu.
Could you please tell me which same problem you are referring here?
