Ohh Ok.
I could confirm the issue on your shared site.
This can be child theme issue used on your site so to confirm it just temporary use the Gillion theme on your site. If everything works fine then it’s your site child theme issue.
Also, this can be due to plugin conflict on your site so please try temporary deactivating all plugins except Unyson plugin and WpBakery page builder plugins and see whether everything works fine and then enable the plugins one by one to see which plugin is conflicting if any.
I can access the shared pages now.
It seems happening because of the More tag that you have added in those posts content as shown in the attached screenshot so please remove it to display read time properly.
You can remove it by adding the following CSS code in the Custom CSS code option of your theme on the below path.
Admin Area -> Appearance -> Theme Settings -> Custom Code -> CSS Code

I don’t see the shared CSS code used on your site.
This may be because you are using autoptimize cache on your site so please clear the autoptimize cache or temporary disable it.

You can import whole demo content but not specific pages but it will not overwrite any existing content on your site if you use new demo import method as described in the below page.

The header navigation bar decreases its height when scrolling down. Is there a way to disable it?
We can disable it developing custom CSS code.
Also, is it possible to add an image link on header menu? If yes, how?

The theme doesn’t contain the text “estimate for” in any of its files so why do you think it is generated by the theme?
