It is a parent theme update and child theme doesn’t have any update.
You can update it as described in the below page.

Is it possible to make phone number and email in topbar active links? tel: and mailto: links, respectively.
If you are talking about the header topbar options like email or phone number then you can make them clickable to have links by using the child theme solution shared in the following topic.

Is there any real customization for mobile header? I want to have a phone number in it.
To achieve this, you have to develop custom code in the child theme of Jevelin theme.
