After troubleshooting on your site, I could confirm the issue on my test site therefore notified the theme developer about this so that it will be fixed.
The issue will be fixed ASAP.
Could you please temporary disable cache and code minification that you are using on your site so that I can troubleshoot the issue?
Also please make sure that you are using below latest version of the theme.

We have purchased the special license of the plugin and that’s why we can distribute it with our theme therefore it is not illegal.
We can’t do any illegal thing or license infringement orelse the ThemeForest will remove our theme from their site.
The license that we have purchased allow us to use it to update the plugin and distribute it with the theme. We distribute the updated plugin each time when we release the theme so you don’t need to activate or update it.
How have you created that page using Unyson page builder or Wpbakery page builder?
Have you switched to Unyson page builder by clicking on the button the page editor?

I logged into your shared site and saw you have created the page using Unyson page builder therefore If you use now Wpbakery visual page builder then you will lose all the content created by Unyson page builder so please use only one page builder dor each page and do not change it.

If you have not purchased this plugin and using the plugin bundled with the theme then you are not direct customer of that plugin so can not activate the plugin license until you purchase the plugin.
The plugin comes with the theme and you can install it as described in the following page. You don’t need to activate the plugin license to use it.
