I don’t have real iPad so I tested it on a simulator and it worked fine for me as shown in the attached screenshot.
Do you face the same issue on the below demo site?
https://jevelin.shufflehound.com/
Have you tried temporary deactivating all plugins except Unyson plugin and WpBakery page builder plugins and see whether everything works fine and then enable the plugins one by one to see which plugin is conflicting if any or use following plugin to check it?
https://wordpress.org/plugins/health-check/
When I try to access log in URL of your site then I get below error message.
<h1>Forbidden</h1>
You don’t have permission to access /wp-login.php on this server.
Please makes sure that your site Login page is accessible for others.
It is an issue which I have notified to the theme developer so that it will be fixed.
The issue will be fixed ASAP.
To achieve this, you have to develop custom code in the child theme of Gillion theme.
Developing custom code for custom functionality is beyond the scope of support that we provide here.
If you are not a developer then you can consider hiring a developer to develop it for you. You can hire a developer from any freelance site. Shufflehound recommends the developer https://www.upwork.com/freelancers/~011652ffec8865c6d5
You are most welcome here 🙂
Hi @sortedmedia,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
We don’t get any data from themeforest for purchases so you need to contact themeforest to get it from where you have purchased the theme.
Best regards,

Hi @cbiangulo,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
It’s English forum and most of the members including me here only understand English language so it would be better if you post on the forum in English.
If you don’t know English then you can translate your statements in English using the following Google translator and then add here the translated English text.
https://translate.google.co.in/
I have translated your statements in English as following.
I can not translate the theme into Portuguese. I’ve tried searching the source code to translate manual but there’s no way.
Translate the “Related Posts” to Related news:
You can translate the theme as described in the below page.
https://support.shufflehound.com/theme-translation/
Alternatively, you can use any of the following plugins to change the text.

Hi @wsjiii,
Sorry to hear of the problem you are having.
To troublehsoot, the issue could you please clear the cache from WP Rocket cache plugin that you are using on your site and temporarily disable it?
Best regards,
Shufflehound team
Awesome great to see you got that found.
Please advise if you have more questions.
Have a fantastic day!
It is working fine for me on both firefox and chrome browsers.
Please make sure you are logged out from your site when testing.
Thank you for sharing your site URL but I don’t see the issue on your shared site.
May be I need to log into it to see the issue. Would you mind if I log in to your site and do some troubleshooting? If this is ok then could you please temporary share me your site log in details privately by adding them in the box having text “Enter your private content here (only you and forum moderators will be able see it)”?
Also please try clearing the WP Fastest Cache used on your site and temporary disable it.

#page-container .sh-titlebar .sh-table { min-height: 0; padding: 10px 0; }

As asked previously, Have you made sure that you are using below latest version of theme and also use latest versions of plugins?
Please login to access this file
Please send it on [email protected]
Also please answer my below question that I am asking you.
Have you tried visiting the site using a different browser?
It is a shortcode provided by the woocomerce plugin and to apply style on it, you have to develop custom code in the child theme of Jevelin theme.

No, the changes won’t get overwritten on theme update.
