I could confirm the issue on your shared site but it is working fine on my test site.
Please make sure you have enabled Titlebar in the theme settings as shown in the attached screenshot.
If it still doesn’t work for you then would you mind if I log in to your site and do some troubleshooting? If this is ok then could you please temporary share me your site log in details privately by adding them in the box having text “Enter your private content here (only you and forum moderators will be able see it)”?

That template page is created using Unyson page builder so please edit it using Unyson page builder by installing Unyson plugin and its Page builder extension.

Solution for this topic
It seems this was Hummingbird cache issue on your site because it started displaying fine when I cleared Hummingbird cache on your shared site.
Could you please confirm it?

I have tested it on my test site and it’s working fine for me using latest version of Jevelin theme.
To check whether it is a theme issue or any other thing, just temporary use the Twenty Seventeen theme on your site and see whether you get those notice messages.
This is because that option is only available in the Unyson page builder but you are using Visual page builder so please use Unyson page builder.

I could confirm the issue on my test site therefore notified the theme developer about this so that it will be fixed.
The issue will be fixed ASAP.
