It seems you are using Blog posts content element on your site to display it so you can customize it using its options as shown in the attached screenshot.
If you want to customize it beyond those options then to achieve this, you have to develop custom code in the child theme of Jevelin theme.

I resolved the issue on your site adding the following CSS code in the Custom CSS code option of your theme on the below path.
Admin Area -> Appearance -> Theme Settings -> Custom Code -> CSS Code
.sh-iconbox-slider, .sh-partners-carousel { direction: ltr !important; } [dir='rtl'] .slick-slide { float: left !important; }Could you please confirm it?

Essentialgrid support just saying works if EG grid style set to even. they investigating this further

You will get settings by clicking on contact form content element as shown in the attached screenshots.

The Appearance is not a page but holder of pages and you land on themes.php page on clicking on it.
Also I don’t see Theme Settings page in your shared screenshot which may be because you have not activated theme required Unyson plugin so please activate it so that you will get an option as shown in the attached screenshot.
