in this example, i want the picture with the girl as thumbnail. And the picture with the designs as first image when you click trough to the post.
Then can you just do opposite and set designs image as thumbnail and girl image in gallery?
Please make sure you have translated those strings in the .pot file and generated new .mo file.

No it doesn’t remove images from related gallery as shown in the attached screenshot.
Please use the CSS code on your site and tell me exactly from where the related gallery images get removed.

You can remove them by adding the following CSS code in the Custom CSS code option of your theme on the below path.
Admin Area -> Appearance -> Theme Settings -> Custom Code -> CSS Code

Yes it will make site slow as two different images need to load on your site.
We don’t have that custom code and you have to develop it.

There is an option to remove the main image but not for galley!!

I meant it is fine to do this and make changes in the site but do not change code in the theme files.

Also if it doesn’t change then try using below plugins.
