I have tested it on my test site and it’s working fine for me using latest version of Jevelin theme.
It doesn’t seem the theme issue but to confirm it just temporary use the Twenty Seventeen theme on your site and check whether it works fine.
I logged into your site and found out due to some unknown reason the Unyson plugin is generating javascript error on your site as shown in the attached screenshot causing customizer not to work.
I have notified this issue to Unyson developer here https://github.com/ThemeFuse/Unyson/issues/3484 so that the plugin developers will help us to resolve it.
In the meanwhile you can use theme settings from Admin Area -> Appearance -> Theme Settings

Solution for this topic
You can make it work by adding the following CSS code in the Custom CSS code option of your theme on the below path.
Admin Area -> Appearance -> Theme Settings -> Custom Code -> CSS Code
#header-mobile li.menu-item > a.fa:before { font-family: 'FontAwesome'; padding-right: 8px; }
As I couldn’t reproduce the issue, I have notified my colleague to test it so that I can help you.
We will update you here soon.
