How to reduce description lenght. Minimum now is 10 from theme settings.

You can achieve it by adding the following CSS code in the Custom CSS code option of your theme on the below path.
Admin Area -> Appearance -> Theme Settings -> Custom Code -> CSS Code

I am not sure what you meant by second head bar so please share me the screenshot of it.
attached URL, and I want to ask you how to show product image in WooCommerce as Lightbox is not working with the latest version.
I have tested it on my test site and it’s working fine for me using latest version of Gillion theme as displayed in the attached screenshots.
Please make sure you have set the product image and temporary disable the WP-Super-Cache that you are using on your site so that I can troubleshoot the issue.

1.) Is it possible with this theme to have a split header with logo in the center? In other words, have a few menu items to the left, the logo in the center and a few more items to the right of the screen? Something like is seen here: https://www.heroesandhorses.org/
Currently the theme doesn’t provide any such Header style.
2.) When going to settings –> header and choosing the style 2 dropdown style, where do you go to change the shadow color. I’ve changed every color I can find from blue to a different color and that shadow remains blue. Where am I missing it?

Have you changed its name and text domain?

No you won’t lose site content switching the theme.
I haven’t face any such issue yet but it seems many other users face it which is paypal related issue so you can try resolving this by sharing the solutions posted in the following pages or contact the Payapal support to resolve this.
You need to contact the plugin developers to resolve this plugin conflict issue.

Sorry to hear of the problem you are having.
This can be due to plugin conflict on your site so please try temporary deactivating all plugins except Unyson & Yellow Pencil editor plugins and see whether everything works fine and then enable the plugins one by one to see which plugin is conflicting if any.
Also could you please share me the page URL from your site where it is not working so that i can troubleshoot it?
