The theme developer troubleshooted the issue and need error log file of your site to troubleshoot it more so could you please share that file?

You can change it by adding the following CSS code in the Custom CSS code option of your theme on the below path.
Admin Area -> Appearance -> Theme Settings -> Custom Code -> CSS Code

Sorry to hear of the problem you are having.
I could confirm the issue on your shared site but it is working fine on my test site.
I can see you are using older version of theme on your site so please update the theme to the below latest version as described in this page https://support.shufflehound.com/updating-theme/ and also update all your site plugins.
Also this can be due to plugin conflict on your site so please try temporary deactivating all plugins except Unyson plugin and see whether everything works fine and then enable the plugins one by one to see which plugin is conflicting if any.
