Could you please just share me the image URL from your site to test it as I have shared above?
We can’t support forever the older version of theme as it contains many issues including this so we recommend you to update your theme to the latest version.
You won’t lose anything If you have not made any changes in the theme files.
Before updating just take backup of your site so that if anything goes wrong then you can restore it easily.
No I don’t know any such Slider revolution functionality but you can contact the plugin developerĀ https://revolution.themepunch.com/ to know whether they support it.
Could you please try using the image having size 1920 x 1080 ?
In the future version of theme we will make it smooth and remove image size restrictions.

It hides automatically on clicking the menu on mobile. Just make sure to use following latest version of theme.

The crane picture is displaying fine for me on mobile as shown in the attached screenshot.
You can use Yellow pencil responsive tool as described in the following page to display buttons fine on mobile.
