    Thank you for your question.

     

    If you have not purchased slider revolution plugin and using the plugin bundled with the theme then you are not direct customer of that plugin so can not register that plugin.

    To use the plugin, you can just install and activate the plugin from Appearance -> Install Plugins

    Hi thank you for your answer.

     

    I think I din’t explain it very well.

    My questions was, if instead of using portfolio pages (like : https://www.clarawebdigital.com/project/test-code-css/ BUT the revolution slider is not at the top)

    I use a normal page (like https://www.clarawebdigital.com/contact/ WHERE the revolution slider is on the top)

     

    How can I create a menu with categories like in this page

    Hope this time my question is easier to understand.

    I cannot activate/register the slider revolution plugin, when entering the purchase code for my theme i get “ops… wrong code” error message.

    Hi ! i’ve just bought your great theme. I’ve tried to import the demo (corporate and classic one) page but there are many error and failed. Impossible to install Revolution slider and Yellow Pencil Pro too..

    I can’t do anything (no text animation etc…)

     

    Can you help me ?

    Yes I logged into your site and tried importing the demo which didn’t work due to some unknown reason.

     

    That’s why I am requesting you to delete all the Blog sliders created by importing demo content in the Slider Revolution plugin settings and Slide to slide page then reimporting the Blog demo content again.

     

    Your shared site credentials are not working for me now.

    Hello,

     

    I have a problem with my slider on my home page. I would like a full width page slider.

     

    On my computer, it works good. But on my cellphone, it doesn’t. Please see the attached file.

     

    Everything seems good in the slider revolution plugin. It is the original setting in the jevelin demo theme. Then I don’t understand what is the problem.

     

    Please, I need your help. Thank you.

    Hi everyone,

    I have trouble with my slider revolution from the theme Jevelin. My picture appear for a second and disappear in a blank page. But the titles still there. But in my slider revolution preview, everything is fine. That is just happening when I put it in my page theme Jevelin.

     

    (I only put put the new images in the “background images”Is there another things to do?)

     

    Then, I tried to  change the slider for another, but the same thing happened.

     

    Also, in my revolution slider preview, the mobile is full page screen. But it appear smaller and not full screen at all.

    Hello there. I have tried to install the slider revolution plugin when I installed my theme Jevelin. It either times out with message 504 gateway time-out or it comes up with this response:

     

    Downloading installation package from https://cdn.shufflehound.com/theme-plugins/slider-revolution-QB4L22.zip…

    Unpacking the package…

    Installing the plugin…

    Destination folder already exists. /home/hp3-linc2-nfs1-w/165/528165/user/htdocs/wp-content/plugins/revslider/

    Plugin installation failed.

    Plugin not activated. A higher version of Revolution slider is needed for this theme. Please update the plugin.

     

    I have deleted the folder revslider many times from going into filezilla and tried to install the plugin again however I don’t have any luck. I have also removed all the data from my wordpress by using wordpress database reset and even downloaded jevelin again and reinstalled the theme. Please could you assist me further?

    I am not sure why this is happening but it seems Slider revolution doesn’t allow two sliders on the same page.

     

    You can contact Slider revolution support to know more about it.

    It is urgent since there’s an important bug fix in 5.4.8 of videos not auto playing in Chrome.

    thank you for your quick response.

    I added the code to the page and inserted the black row over slider.

     

    I just want change position slider revolution under menu header.

     

    Because on mobile device is overlaps slider revolution text and header menu text.

    i have a small issue with revolution slider position on mobile. My slider and menu are overlay. It is possible to set slider revolution under menu on mobile phone?

    I logged in to your site and saw you are using same slider having same slider ID on the same page which Slider Revolution plugin doesn’t allow so please create new different slider and use it in the bottom.

    Hi,

    I have copy-pasted the activation code received from Themeforest at the time of purchase and it will be not accepted at Slider Revolution.
    Is there an other code I should enter there?

    Hi @sujaselv,

     

    I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.

     

    That error message is generated by Revolution Slider plugin.

     

    Please try deleting and reinstalling Revolution Slider plugin on your site.

     

    Do you have WP_DEBUG set to true in your wp-config.php file?

     

    If you do then please set it to false.
    This will hide the warning messages and you will be able to use your site normally.

    Hello,

     

    we have recently moved our blog http://www.sachjournal.blog to a different server and now the revolution slider on top of the main page doesn’t load correctly. I can see in the source code that it seems to load somehow (even though I have no idea what the correct code should look like), but on the page it only shows a blank space.

     

    Can you please help me with this.

    No because the Slider Revolution plugin bundled with the theme is basic version which can only be used to create sliders without add ons.

    To use that add-on you have to register Slider Revolution plugin by purchasing it as displayed in the attached screenshot.
