We couldn’t reproduce the issue so don’t have any specific solution for it and you have to try changing youtube URL, removing origin and contact Slider Revolution to resolve it.

I have tried and tries to get a youtube video to work for the background just like in this example, I downloaded that free template, and it will not play, no matter what I do.

Please make sure you have configured the Google Maps content element on that page by adding Google Maps API key in it.
Also please make sure you have activated the Slider Revolution plugin at the time of importing demo content.

If you have not purchased slider revolution plugin and using the plugin bundled with the theme then you are not direct customer of that plugin so can not register that plugin.

Yes I logged into your site and tried importing the demo which didn’t work due to some unknown reason.
That’s why I am requesting you to delete all the Blog sliders created by importing demo content in the Slider Revolution plugin settings and Slide to slide page then reimporting the Blog demo content again.

I have trouble with my slider revolution from the theme Jevelin. My picture appear for a second and disappear in a blank page. But the titles still there. But in my slider revolution preview, everything is fine. That is just happening when I put it in my page theme Jevelin.
(I only put put the new images in the “background images”Is there another things to do?)
Then, I tried to change the slider for another, but the same thing happened.
Also, in my revolution slider preview, the mobile is full page screen. But it appear smaller and not full screen at all.

Hello there. I have tried to install the slider revolution plugin when I installed my theme Jevelin. It either times out with message 504 gateway time-out or it comes up with this response:

I have deleted the folder revslider many times from going into filezilla and tried to install the plugin again however I don’t have any luck. I have also removed all the data from my wordpress by using wordpress database reset and even downloaded jevelin again and reinstalled the theme. Please could you assist me further?

I am not sure why this is happening but it seems Slider revolution doesn’t allow two sliders on the same page.
You can contact Slider revolution support to know more about it.
It is urgent since there’s an important bug fix in 5.4.8 of videos not auto playing in Chrome.

I logged in to your site and saw you are using same slider having same slider ID on the same page which Slider Revolution plugin doesn’t allow so please create new different slider and use it in the bottom.
