got it. I will make the small change then. no more searching for the identical icon..
oh wow! magic. thanks for your help 🙂
I see,,, so how can I find the same beaker with water icon for the mega menu so that it matches the green icon that I have used for the section sitting below the slider?
It’s good. Can you tell me what I did wrong? So I know how to do this on my own in future? The API key is correct. so did I place it in the wrong fields or something?
I added the API key in 2 places:
a) Contact us page – Google Maps
b) Appearance -Theme Settings – General – Google Maps API key.
Please see screen shot.
However the correct map fails to show up. Can you please see what’s wrong? Hope you can fix. Thanks.
thank you so much!This is looking much neater now. Thanks for the tip on widgets too.
In Theme settings page it says the API method is outdated, instead ”
<div class=”fw-backend-option-input fw-backend-option-input-type-text fw-clearfix fw-col-xs-12 fw-col-sm-9 fw-col-lg-10 width-type-fixed”>
<div class=”fw-inner fw-pull-left fw-clearfix”>
<div class=”fw-inner-option fw-clearfix”>
<div class=”fw-backend-option-descriptor fw-listening-started” data-fw-option-id=”api_key” data-fw-option-type=”text”><input id=”fw-option-api_key” class=”fw-option fw-option-type-text” name=”fw_options[api_key]” type=”text” value=”” /></div>
</div>
</div>
</div>
<div class=”fw-backend-option-desc fw-col-xs-12 fw-col-sm-offset-3 fw-col-sm-9 fw-col-lg-offset-2 fw-col-lg-10″>
<div class=”fw-inner”>Please set Google Maps API key under Google Maps element options</div>
</div>
<div>what does that mean please?</div>
Oh wow! this looks a lot better. Thanks for your help 🙂
brillant! thank you so much. It works well now.
Hi there — I made changes to the Contact Us form. Now Recaptcha works for me, however the Google Maps that you correctly installed for me is now incorrect. I tried fixing it but to no avail. Can you tell me why this has happened? Hope you can help. Thank you.
Oh! I’ve checked again and you have helped me to resolve. OK I understand now. very grateful for your help!
To add on — I would still like to achieve:
The current settings do not allow me to achieve 1 and 2.
Thanks!
hi there, yes I see what you have done now. However, can you tell me what I must do to achieve per the site example of chlorofeelshop (https://www.thechlorofeelshop.com)
so that from wherever on the site that I click “about”, I am taken to the content “about us”, which sits on the Home Page? I appreciate your patience as I am new to WordPress. Thank you.
Hi there. I don’t understand what you mean. Can you be clearer? I would like to achieve per the site example of chlorofeelshop (https://www.thechlorofeelshop.com)
so that from wherever on the site that I click “about”, I am taken to the content “about us”, which sits on the Home Page. Can you show me how to do that please? Thanks.
Hello. May I know which section you added “about” to the field ID Name? I am not sure which section you were referring to in the Screen shot. When I am on the Home Page and I click “About” in the top bar menu, it works fine, ie. it takes me to “About us” section on the Home page. However, say I am currently on Shop page, and click on “About” on the top bar menu, nothing happens. Can you tell me how to solve this problem? I want it to work such that no matter which page I am on, I can click “About” and be taken to the about us section on the home page? Please refer to this sample website which works the way I desire. So, when I am on the shop page of Chlorofeel, I am taken to the Home page when I click “about” on the top bar menu. Appreciate your help.
oh wow!! it’s fixed. thank you for your speedy response. the front page is looking good now.
The text in other sections like “free delivery” and “get a bottle free” are also kissing/touching the preceding sections, which was not the case before I added the code. Again, the code you provided worked well in the inside pages but doesn’t; quite work for the Home page. appreciate your help. please see screen shot.
