I added a test background image for the title bar per your advice but it is NOT showing up in the Shop Standard page.I tried a couple of times, to no avail. Please see screen shot.You may like to log in and troubleshoot.Thanks.
hi. screen shot shoes jeans in maroon. the other screen shot shows jeans in green after you hover a mouse over. how do I do this? and must I upload 2 images? If the 2 images are NOT identical, is it possible? We manufacture the products (eg liquid soap) in bottles. I want to show the product image as a 5 litre bottle. When a user hovers over the image, I would like him to see a close up of the product label, which contains ingredients, directions of use etc. Is this possible? In your demo, the product is a pair of jeans in 2 colours. for me, I want to show a bottle AND a label when the mouse hovers over. Hope you can help! Thanks.
- I’m sorry. I don’t understand what you mean by “the caching I am using on the site”. I have cleared the cache per instructions for Mac. What else must I do to resolve the problem? The product I added is silky white hair and body shampoo. Thanks! (I’m using safari)
I cleared my cache but what you see isn’t the same as what I see. Also we don’t want the divider vertical lines in the top bar. Notice that on the home page there are no vertical bars dividing up the info correct? Why are the pages not behaving the same ‘re. The top bar? Hope you can fix this as it’s impossible from my end.

I’m seeing little squares now on a) my menu an b) next to each item on my top bar. I did not add them. Not sure if you are checking my site now and added them accidentally? Can you please Kindly remove them? Screen shots attached 🙂 Thank you.
hello again. the custom code you sent me doesn’t work either for several of the pages. I need the top bar info to display on every page of the website. Please see screen shots to know what I mean — My account, checkout, cart etc pages, blog etc etc are not showing the white top bar with the info (email, tel, address)
Thank you! The code you just sent me works for the Shop page. But when I checked on Blog page, the colour is still incorrect, ie. the blue and not the white that I desire. Why is that happening despite the code? Please see screen shot.
I have cleared my cache as you advised. But I am still unable to see the top bar info. Can you Kindly go into my website and help me with this please? All the pages must look like the Home page’s top bar. what you showed in your screen shots was the Jevelin blue. I am unsure why it is showing as blue for you. It is white on my screen and the data is not displaying.
Hi. The screen shots you showed are different from my home pafe. Settings are white top bar n showing email, tel and address. You will see from.my screen shots I sent in an earlier ticket that the top bar home page is the one that I want replicated on all pages. What you showed are diffferent. I tried changing the top bar colours but to no avail. So does it need to be fixed with code?

Please let me know how to resolve this urgently as well as my other question on making all pages’ top bar show Header 3 style and info like tel, email and office address. Hi there. No the header with the tel,email and office address are not showing up.I even went to the Pages settings for Header and made it Global settings. Please see the 3 screen shots. The Home page top bar page looks the way I want. I’d like all pages in the website to reflect the same top bar ie with Tel, Email and office address. Is there a glitch somewhere? You will see in Shop and Shop Full Width that they don’t look the same as the Home page. Hope you can help. Thank you.

Hi — to clarify on what I meant by adding anchors, so that when an user clicks on “Contact Us” on the top bar Menu (=top navigation), he will be taken to the Contact Us section on the Home page.Please see what I mean by this sample site

when you click on “About Us” or “Contact Us”, there are anchors that take you to the sections on the Home page.
Please tell me how to create anchors like that.

Sorry about it, I have adjusted the settings so using the credentials I provided, you can log into my site now to troubleshoot.
