    hi — does the code you provided affect the white space between the slider on the home page and the section under it? I noticed the content (icons) are now placed too high up ie. almost touching the bottom of the slider. Before placing the custom code the home page was OK.

    I tried to change the padding settings by clicking on the section, increasing the top and bottom margins, but to no avail. Can you tell me how to add more white space on the home page, specifically this area, only? the reduced white space in the pages as a result of the custom code is perfect, but not for the home page section. please see screen shot.

    thank you for the tip. What is a “header light logo option”? I am not sure what to choose!

    I have gone to global settings and selected white for the title bar background color. but on some pages the title bar isn’t showing white. I hope this is within the scope of shuffle ground’s support?

    Hi – I used the code/solution you provided in this thread , however the top bar in some of my pages are showing the Jevelin theme blue. it has to be white throughout the site. Can you please have a look and help with this. Below are screen shots to show you what I want to achieve. Thanks.

    I feel it is not very customer friendly if you refuse to help me with this question. A lot of people face this problem based on my search online and they have been referred to approach theme authors for this. I am not comfortable with how things are going here and this is as you said “Please understand that we provide support if the theme doesn’t work for you as displayed in our below demo site.” — This is exactly the issue — my Shop page is NOT displaying per the demo content. It is misaligned and I am disappointed that I have had to write so many messages to get Shufflehound to help.

    This is just one more hurdle to go and it will hold our launch back further if you ask me to elsewhere for support. I hope you understand too, the struggles I am facing. All I am asking is for you to look at the code you provided yesterday — which worked to solve the problem. So I am baffled why the images are misaligned again. It will take too much time for me to get support elsewhere and I have tried actually, online searching. nothing seems to help. So I hope that you can help solve the problem here.

    Super! Thank you so much. Exactly what I was looking for. I am very pleased the “hover” of the product label is gone from the shop page. Thanks again, that was great!

    Earlier this week, you asked me to place the following code to align the height of the product images. It worked briefly, but the images are now misaligned again. As this has happened, can you please look into this and see why the code you asked me to place isn’t working any more. The images are all misaligned and there is NO way we can launch the website in this state. I hope you won’t ask me to hire a developer when this is part of support. Thanks.

    This is the code you provided:

    .woocommerce.post-type-archive-product ul.products li .sh-woo-post-content-container {
        min-height: 190px;
    }

    Hi — I am not sure what you mean. For the time you have been providing support and where needed, Shufflehound has been advising me to place code in the custom CSS box if it’s needed to solve problem. All I am asking is for help to align the product images — won’t you help me? Why are you asking me to hire a developer? Please confirm. I am quite concerned about the issue here.

    I wanted to add that what I did was to change the no. of products be displayed to 21 instead of the previous setting, was 11, or 12, I think… how does that affect the alignment of the product images? It has been quite frustrating trying to get this right, as I am unsure if it is a theme specific issue.

    Hi I am aware you added custom code to enable the products in the Shop page to be of the same height. It worked fine yesterday. However, today, as I edited the product images, the alignment has gone of of back again. Can you look into it and help troubleshoot. I am baffled what’s happening. Please see screen shot. Login credentials in the box below. Thanks.

    I’ve regenerated the thumbnails per your advice, however the images in Shop are still of unequal size. while I understand what you mean by amount of white space varying per image, it is not possible for anyone to ensure each image has the same amount of white space for everyone. Thus, can you Kindly provide a code such that it forces all the images in the Shop listing page to be of the same size. I have gone back and forth to edit the images — several times — in GIMP. and it is very much a trial and error and time consuming exercise. Hope you can help. Thanks. (see screen shot)

    Thanks for getting back. In the regenerate thumb nails plugin settings, what size should I set the thumb nails, gallery images and single images to? I’m asking as there may be theme specific demands . Please get back to me so I can complete the build and launch the site asap. Thanks!

    Hi there. What I meant is adding a single image to each product page under product gallery. Please see the screen shots to understand the issues I am struggling with:

    1. In the Shop listings page, I want to show the product only. But if I add the product label to the product gallery, the label shows up in the listings page when the mouse hovers over it. This is not what I want. What I want to achieve is for the label to show up in the single product page, and when the label is clicked, it enlarges so customers can read the text on the label.

    a. Currently, the label fails to enlarge after being clicked

    b. In the single product page, you will see the bottle (from the shop listing), as a faint image next to the label. How do I get rid of that “duplicate” image — I only want to show the label at the bottom, with the option to enlarge it for legibility.
