Digging a little further, when you highlight text on my homepage it is also highlighting in orange, not turquoise. It’s like it’s pulling an old accent color or something for this page only. Given this is my homepage this is a big issue.

    My website is: http://jonedquist.com/

On the homepage the header changes when you scroll down. When it changes it’s supposed to highlight the active page in like a turquoise color, but instead it’s an orange (my old site colors I’m getting rid of).

Also on the homepage the footer should be that turquoise color when you scroll over the links in the third column, but again they are orange.

Hmm. that’s odd. I just logged in with zero issues. If you try again does it still happen? Or does me being logged in matter at all?

    Thanks for the reply!

I’m assuming you went to a page with sample content already input, as seen in your screenshot.

My issue is whenever I try to edit those pre filled in options or whenever I click ‘Add’ to add additional options – aka I cannot edit anything or add anything.

This also happens with the ‘Tabs’ element. Please let me know if this explanation is unclear.

    Thanks,

    Jon

I emailed you a couple days ago, still waiting for a response. Thanks in advance for the help!

Both of those did not work. Another problem that I was going to ask later I’ll post now in case these two issues are related:

I have the Basic demo installed and am using the ‘Fitness’ homepage. Several of the other homepage options don’t work anymore.

    Meet Jevelin

    • If you checkout the page above you’ll see what I mean
      • Several of the demo pages work, some do not

So, I now have two problems

    1. Even after your suggestions, some of my elements like tabs and accoridons do not work – they have the internal server error
    2. Some of my demo landing pages (like wedding) don’t work – they get a 404 error (link to example: http://jonedquist.com/hello )

Yeah I’m getting the same error when I try to edit the ‘Accordion’ content feature.

Very frustrating that this is broken out of the box. That troubleshooting guide you listed is a massive amount of time for troubleshooting. Is there anyway support can fix the issue that was broken upon purchase?

I realize there may be a communication gap so let me clarify:

I want to use this page for my website: https://jevelin.shufflehound.com/home/home-fitness/

    or:

    Home Photography

It is my understanding that the above homepages are all under the ‘Basic’ demo?… but I’m not sure I know what that means or how to access those.

Thinking I was on the right track, I tried installing the ‘Basic (full)’ demo and got the following error:

Demo content installing process should be easy (just by pressing an installation button).

However in background this process is pretty complicated and depends on your server configuration.

<p class=”sh-demo-install-issues-intro sh-demo-install-issues-intro-last”>A lot of hosting services tend to limit multiple important server settings and therefore below you can see most common issues and how to fix them:

Issue: “Maximum execution time of 29 seconds exceeded in …”

Solution: Please take a look at these solutions, there are two solutions for this issue: by editing .htaccess file or by installing additional plugin

Issue: “Extension ZIP is missing”

Issue: “Files Export: The execution failed. Please check error.log”

If you have other type of issue, please create a topic in our official support forum here and we will help you.

My goal is to install and begin editing the ‘fitness’ demo homepage

    Thanks for the prompt reply!

I was told that the Jevelin theme came with several pre-built ‘demo’ pages to work off of. One of those is a ‘fitness’ theme > https://jevelin.shufflehound.com/home/home-fitness/

When I installed the Jevelen theme to my wordpress, that demo page was not added (if you look at picture I attached in my original issue, you’ll see that I have all the demo sites except for the one I gave the link to just now)

    Does that help?
