Hello,
So is your solution to redo all the styles or upgrade the framework? I need more clarification on your response.
Not sure what you mean by “make the same change”
Hello,
There are only a few pages that are using the Unyson page builder. I’m confused on why having a Unyson page builder would reset all styles? Can you explain further why that would happen?
What exactly should I do to troubleshoot this?
Yes. I created another staging environment to test it out again. Add the login information in the private field below for you to investigate further.
So after activating the child theme again tt appears normal at first. But when making additional edits in the customizer after publishing it reverts everything back to factory settings.
I understand that I can manually change that but my question is why did it revert to these settings when activating the child theme? Is there any way to prevent this from happening? The point is to keep the existing styles not have to redo the entire styling.
header, navigations, all font- its suppose to look like this equivityva.com
I deactivated the Autoptimize cache plugin
Hello,
Just tried to do a clean install using the jevelin child theme you sent and it reset all settings again. Is there a way to prevent this from happening? https://www.staging11.equivityva.com
After trying with the latest theme version this is the error I’m seeing now.
Hello,
I will download the latest version and see what happens. Attached are the errors I was receiving once upgraded to the newest PHP version.
Thanks

Ok I have it set up that way. Can some of our pages be in Unyson and some be in WP Bakery without having an issue or do they all have to be in the same page builder?
Thank you for your information. I would like to use WP Bakery as the page builder however it is only giving me the option to use Unyson. WP Bakery is active on the site. Can you please tell me how I can use WP Bakery as the page builder?
That is very interesting about how that happened. We were using WP Bakery on our Developmental site and then brought everything over to our live site. I am not sure when and how it changed to Unyson page builder.
Hi,
Thank you for getting back to me I updated the theme but that did not take care of my problem. I contacted the page builder WP Bakery and they said it is not updating because the theme developer is using customization code in the theme to modify the page builder which also affects the latest version at your end. Can get rid of the code which is used to modify the page builder so that there is no such issue? Please see the difference in the page builders versions attached. I purchased WP Bakery Page Builder so I should have full access to the new version. If you can help out I would really appreciate it I need to make changes to my website as soon as possible.
Thank you so much!
I am sorry my previous login information was wrong please use the following login information
I have the shortcode for the form where on the site can I access the sidebar for the blog page though?
We use active campaign and I know how to create the form I just don’t know how to get it in the sidebar of the blog page.
Hi, I was able to update the theme, however, I am getting a message that the requires the following plugin: WPBakery Page Builder (formerly Visual Composer). Do I need the WPBakery Page Builder for this theme to work properly? If so I used the default editor when I built the site will that mess up my pages when I start using the WPBakery Page Builder?
Thank you for responding. When I click on the email that says that there is an update to the theme it takes me to my download page in themeforest.net where the Jevelin theme is there to download. Is that the updated theme?
Thank you! That is beyond my expertise I will stick with the ones that were given in the theme.
