Looks like that we can’t find your email, but it seems that this issue can be fixed by using the user ID as the user identificator instead of the user name.
Here will be a guide on how to get the user ID.

Looks like we managed to fix the issue – it was compatibly issue with Unyson plugin. We disabled it and now logo works fine as it should. 🙂
