Thank you for your login details, we now could log in successfully. We can also confirm your Appearance > Customize issue, but it seems that is not theme related. However, you could try to customize theme options under Jevelin Settings (at the top bar) as that was working for us just fine.
Also, you could try to switch the theme to a different one and see if the issues persist or go away.

We just checked your product quantity increment buttons on mobile and we can confirm that they don’t work.
But we also noticed that those are different buttons than on the desktop and aren’t coming from our theme.
Unfortunately, we don’t have an option to change the header icon at the moment, thought we could help you to change it via custom CSS. What is the icon you want to use instead?

Our demo importer only ads content, so it seems you already had 2 widgets added. You can remove them by going to Appearance > Widgets. We recommend adding the Classic Widgets plugin to modify the widgets.
