Hi Adam,
I hope you are well today and thanks for posting here.
It seems shortcode is not working in product description so could you please try using Table content element of page builder as shown in the attached screenshots?
Best regards,
Shufflehound team
It seems this is happening because of the Revolution slider plugin.
Could you please confirm it by temporary deactivating Revolution slider plugin on your site?
Also please make sure you are using SSL correctly on your site as described in the following pages.
http://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-add-ssl-and-https-in-wordpress/
https://make.wordpress.org/support/user-manual/web-publishing/https-for-wordpress/
This works perfectly, thank you very much. I understand that the child theme is used to make modifications without being crushed when updating. It is true?
Yes it’s true.
Do you have any documentation on how to do this?
You will find information about child theme in the following page.
http://freewptp.com/why-and-how-to-create-wordpress-child-theme/
I have added the code of the image to the index.php but every time the theme is updated I must replace it.
Just copy the modified index.php and paste it in to the shared child theme directory then your changes won’t get lost on theme updation.

Hi @govus,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your questions.
Is there a way to have the white background on every current and future blog post easily? I mean not having to tweak settings for every new blog post that is added…
You can achieve it by adding the following CSS code in the Custom CSS code option of your theme on the below path.
Admin Area -> Appearance -> Theme Settings -> Custom Code -> CSS Code
#page-container {
background: #fff;
}
Also, is there a way to add sections and content elements to the blog page?
The blog page is a dynamic page so to achieve this, you have to develop custom code in the child theme of Jevelin theme.
Developing custom code for custom functionality is beyond the scope of support that we provide here. Please see https://themeforest.net/item/jevelin-multipurpose-premium-responsive-wordpress-theme/14728833/support
If you are not a developer then you can consider hiring a developer to develop it for you. You can hire a developer from any freelance site. Shufflehound recommends the developer https://www.upwork.com/freelancers/~011652ffec8865c6d5

Hi @DMVCMS,
Sorry to hear of the problem you are having.
Please make sure you are using latest version of Safari browser.
Is it only happening on the front page and not on any other pages?
Could you please share me the screenshot of the issue?
I can see you are using older version of theme on your site so please update your theme to the below latest version.
Please login to access this file
You can update it by either deleting existing theme and then install latest theme version of it or use the following plugin to update the theme.
https://wordpress.org/plugins/easy-theme-and-plugin-upgrades/
After activating the above plugin just install the downloaded theme on your site.
You won’t lose your site content after updating the theme but for safer side you can take backup of your site before updating the theme.
Best regards,
Shufflehound team
The sections on the shared pages are different therefore it is displaying like that.
You can disable it using below Custom CSS code.
#sidebar .theiaStickySidebar {
position: static !important;
}Hi There,
Sorry to hear of the problem you are having.
I am not sure which blog widget you are talking about so could you please share the screenshot of it so that i can troubleshot it?

Hi @hoangdvh,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
Yes to achieve this you have to modify theme code in the Gillion child theme.
Developing custom code for custom functionality is beyond the scope of support that we provide here.

Glad the issue is fixed after updating PHP version.
To help us keep support thread separates could you please create new thread for each of your other questions instead of asking them in your single thread as it makes the thread messy and hard to read.
If you want to you can also add reference of this thread in your newly created thread.
We would be more than happy to help you on your new thread.
Hi @hife2017,
Thank you for your question.
There isn’t any option to change it as it is created dynamically by the theme script jssocials.min.js

Hi @hife2017,
Thank you for your question.
To achieve this, you have to develop custom code in the child theme of Gillion theme by overwriting the theme function gillion_post_meta .
Developing custom code for custom functionality is beyond the scope of support that we provide here.

Hi @hife2017,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
You can add dummy social icons on your site then we can replace it with fb messenger and line font icon.
Could you please share me your site URL where it’s displaying so that i can help you to achieve it?
Best regards,
Shufflehound team
I have tested it on my test site and it’s working fine for me using latest version of Gillion theme.
Would you mind if i log in to your site and do some troubleshooting? If this is ok then could you please share me your site log in details privately by adding them in the box having text “Click here to share private content. Only you and forum moderators will bee able see it.”?

Hi @scottgrantwv,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your questions.
#1 Can you tell me how to make the left sidebar NOT sticky? I am in the process of adding google adsense ads and need to be compliant. Example page is: https://www.grayingwithgrace.com/tips-for-using-a-knee-walker/
You can achieve it by adding the following CSS code in the Custom CSS code option of your theme on the below path.
Admin Area -> Appearance -> Theme Settings -> Custom Code -> CSS Code
#sidebar.sidebar-left .theiaStickySidebar {
position: static !important;
}
#2 Also, I need the floating social share icons to move to the right side of the screen. Can you help me with the CSS I need? I tried just to do float: right but it did not work correctly. I have the bar temporarily disabled for now.
Try using below custom CSS code to achieve this.
.post-content-share:not(.post-content-share-side):not(.post-content-share-mobile) {
float: right;
margin-right: -65px;
}
Best regards,

Hi @BlatherBubble,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your questions.
If I were to pay for the installation, does this also include live support via chat or on the phone?
Currently shuffleshound doesn’t provide installation services but you can consider hiring a developer to do it for you. You can hire a developer from any freelance site. Shufflehound recommends the developer https://www.upwork.com/freelancers/~011652ffec8865c6d5
you’ll see that I have not figured out how to delete the Gillion logo, edit the layout or anything else
You can do this from the theme options as shown in the attached screenshots.

You can remove it from source code by using the attached custom child theme of Jevelin theme that contains some custom code.
OK. Let me know how you go fixing it.

I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
The category page is a dynamic page so there isn’t any theme option to edit it but we can try editing it developing custom CSS code.
Could you please share me the category page URL from your site and tell me what you want to edit in it so that i can help you to achieve it?
