You can change the image from the footer template row background setting as shown in the attached screenshot.
I logged into your website and confirmed the issue.
I could confirm the issue on my test site that occurs when we do not set any Posts Limit in the Blog Posts Basic Settings, therefore, I notified the theme developer about this so that it will be fixed.
The issue will be fixed ASAP.
Currently, I don’t have an exact timeline but it will be fixed soon.

Question: I used WP Bakery as it was included in the Gillion theme but I am not satisfied anymore with this plugin, so I decided to switch to Elementor. Even the free version is better than WP Bakery. Does Gillion support this Page Builder? If not, how can I “transform” pages which have been built with WP Bakery to an Elementor Page?

No, there is no CSS code for it.
You have to do it using the Yellow pencil editor.
Please update the theme on your website to the below latest version.
Also, clear and temporarily deactivate the batcache that you are using on your website.
