@Claudiasimon Could you please tell me exactly which code from that topic and how you have used it?
Please also share me your site URL.
I don’t see now the grey bar issue on your site.
Could you please test it clearing your browser cache and if it still occurs then share me the screenshot of it?
Hi @shanticfm,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
To achieve this you have to develop custom code in the child theme of Jevelin theme.
Developing custom code for custom functionality is beyond the scope of support that we provide here. Please see https://themeforest.net/item/jevelin-multipurpose-premium-responsive-wordpress-theme/14728833/support
If you are not a developer then you can consider hiring a developer to develop it for you. You can hire a developer from any freelance site. Shufflehound recommends the developer https://www.upwork.com/freelancers/~011652ffec8865c6d5

Hi @Peter,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
We can achieve this by developing custom CSS code but for that you have to displays columns in the order ( —2—) (—1—) on desktop then using CSS code we can change its order to ( —1—) (—2—)
Please do this and share me the page URL from your site where it is displaying so that i can help you.

Hi @socalbicyclist,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
It displays by category or by specific post IDs but not by tags.
You have to develop custom code to display it by tags.

You can increase content width on mobile screens by adding the following CSS code in the Custom CSS code option of your theme on the below path.
Admin Area -> Appearance -> Theme Settings -> Custom Code -> CSS Code
@media (max-width: 1025px){ body #page-container .container { padding-left: 15px!important; padding-right: 15px!important; } }

Solution for this topic
Hi @Claudiasimon,
I hope you are well today and thanks for posting here.
You can resolve the issue by adding the following CSS code in the Custom CSS code option of your theme on the below path.
Admin Area -> Appearance -> Theme Settings -> Custom Code -> CSS Code
#page-container .sh-header-left-side, #page-container .sh-header-left-navigation { position: static; } .sh-header-left-1 .sh-nav-container { padding-top: 0; } @media (min-width: 1100px){ #page-container { padding-left: 0 !important; } .sh-header-left-1 .header-bottom { position: static; } } @media (max-height: 800px){ #page-container #header-logo { padding-bottom: 0 !important; } }

You can display an image instead of video on mobile devices by adding the following CSS code in the Custom CSS code option of your theme on the below path.
Admin Area -> Appearance -> Theme Settings -> Custom Code -> CSS Code
@media (max-width: 800px) { iframe#VideoWorker-0 { display:none; } .sh-section-5345031d2dc21e234ef100307e3ad1e6 { background-image: url(http://www.3dtour.pt/wp-content/uploads/2017/05/Wallpaper.png) !important; background-position: 0 0; } }
Please change the image URL in the above CSS code to whatever you want to display.
I don’t have iPhone so i will ask one of my colleague to test it.
In the meanwhile please check whether it works on another browser in your iPhone.
It is not working on your site because you have following invalid code in the custom CSS option of your site.
header.primary-mobile .sh-sticky-mobile-header-active { background-color: #18181a!important;
So to make it work either correct the above CSS code or add the provided CSS code at the top of your custom CSS option.
Hi @katlouise,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
Yes it will overwrite all your existing content with demo content so before importing demo content please take backup of your content so that in the future if you want to then you can recover it.
