Sorry to hear of the problem you are having.
Please make sure you are using latest versions of theme and plugins.
This can be due to plugin conflict on your site so please try temporary deactivating all plugins except Unyson plugin and see whether everything works fine and then enable the plugins one by one to see which plugin is conflicting if any.

You can try achieving this by using the attached custom child theme of Jevelin theme that contains following custom code in the functions.php file of it so change the word “by” in it to whatever you want to.

When I use a shortcode it knocks it down to two lines (no matter what the icon size is)
